I had to schedule the appointment twice. I was not volunteered an explanation, and I didn't ask. Work was superior, and I had no complaints.

My husband met the technician and my husband always pays in cash. The bill was $75 and neither of them had correct change and he ended up giving him coins for part of the bill which I thought was funny! I would have written a check but the tech had no issues with coins and gave us a good recommendation for follow up as well which we will do.

Prompt service. Significant upgrade from the Beam system. Highly recommend.

Aerus Electrolux called about 30 sec after submitting my request for information to ServiceMagic. This was a Sunday afternoon! The representative who called me, Richard Luisi, is the Exec. VP of Sales for North America and is based in Kennesaw. He was very enthusiastic about his product and offered to come out that afternoon to tell us about it. We have an Electrolux canister vacuum from ~1990 that still works, so the product was familiar to us. After learning about the vacuum, we decided to go ahead and buy the Aerus system that day. The installer came and completed the job the next day! We have 2 big dogs and 4 cats and we love the system!

I had done some preliminary research on repairing my current central system (20 years old) versus options for the current systems in play. Rich was very helpful and upfront. His guidance was right in line with what I had found in my research. I decided to purchase the Electrolux central vac system. I installed myself since it was just a replacement (and with some suggestions from Rich) everything works and even exceeds by expectations, especially the accessories.

The product has proven to meet printed expectations

First of all he was at my house within 3 hours of the phone call! Amazing. Then he did an outstanding job of explaining all the attachments I have accumulated over the last 20 years. He repaired the broken outlet the builders had destroyed, cleaned up his mess so that it looked like it had never been destroyed, cleaned the entire system, tightened all the outlets and tested them, and he brought the new hose that I knew I needed to buy. I am 60 and have seen a lot of repair people in my life (or at least the same amount anyone running household would see in that time) and this fellow was the most impressive I have ever seen.

It was the smartest buy I have ever done solely by phone. Mr. Luisi is a superb guy. I love my central vac system and purifier system I bout from Aerus Electrolux.
