Rocky called to confirm my appointment. He was in the area that day and arranged to come on the same day I spoke with him.

Think they were great. The were on time, listen to understand the problem, and then resolved all issues we had.

Rocky was very experienced, 20 years in the business, and professional. Came armed with a new vacuum incase our old one was beyond saving. As it turned out, we bought a new vacuum, and he installed it right then and there. No need to schedule another appointment.

George came out to diagnose the reason 2 of my 6 inlets were not working. Although the appointment was for 3 the next day he was able to squeeze me in a day early. He spent 2 hours working on it and determined it was a short in the low voltage line. Being the repair required more expertise than George had he ran it up the chain of command and phoned in the work order to the office. No one called me back from the office the next day to follow up nor did they honor the original 3pm appointment time. Luckily I was not billed for the service call.

He was very experienced and took time to explain how everything worked with our existing vacuuming accessories.
