Mr. Quincy Jones is an excellent troubleshooter and technician. He found and solved our problems. Later, when another problem occurred, he came back, and also fixed the problem with our furnace at no extra charge. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced HVAC technician! Mr. Jones, the AC technician was very professional. He thoroughly explained the problem, carefully went over our options, and made his recommendation in a very objective way. I would highly recommend him. I was left with a warm feeling that I was not taken advantage of and that means a lot.

I called Integrity around 6pm Tuesday evening. I explained that I had a rental property and the AC had been out all weekend. Courtney (the person I spoke with) went to the property around 9pm that night and fixed the problem that same night. He also recommended I get the coils cleaned. Therefore I had him go back on Wednesday to clean the coils. I am very satisfied as Courtney acted with professionalism and urgency. I would definitely use him again and refer him to anyone that needs AC work performed.
