I like the way the professional covered his shoes with covers before entering the household. The problem was explained in Layman's terms so that I could understand. I was very pleased. I will use him again.

Quincy came out the same day I contacted him. He went out of his way to take care of me well after business hours. Prices are very reasonalbe! So much so, I was about to give him a tip!!

Mr. Jones was very unreliable and did not honor his warranty, the next day the furnace went back out., I informed him of the situation and he kept putting me off and would not answer his phone. I woud not recommend him to any one. Terrible service !!!

He explained in detail what was wrong with my Heating a/c system and offered several solutions. Not once did he try to sell me something. He worked until 10 pm trying to get the system running. I highly recommend him, he is the best service repair man I have met in 20 years of living in the US.
