Roberto is reasonable and his work is excellent. He responded immediately to my message and arrived at my home to take the fallen branches down, along with the tree. He and his workers finished the job in a matter of a few hours. What a relief to have found such a responsive person and to have the matter handled so quickly. The two huge branches on my neighbor's property are not only gone -- but the threat of any more future branches falling from a rotten tree as well. Thank you, Roberto
