+ -1 moreThe carpet was stained, and gross. Smelled of animal urine very strongly. We had to go immediately to the Brunswick Target and get air fresheners, because the smell was so bad. The indoor furniture was dirty and stained. The outdoor furniture was very dirty. We have used Parker Kaufman for vacation rentals before, and this was the worst. We have been happy in the past, so this was unusual. Don't know what has changed. Would I use this provider in the future? Maybe. That answer was not an option in the above questionnaire. Based on our past experience with them, we're hoping this was an anomaly. Might have to make sure there is a backup plan next time.
Description of Work: We rented The Heron House for a week's vacation on Jekyll Island.
