A CHUCK'S HEATING & AC

Description of Work: I had a heat pump system installed by this company for $5475.00 on 1-22-2010. They have come out for various issues and I have paid the service charges but this last time in November I have to say was the worst experience I have had with a company ever. I know that certain products are under warrantee but what I experienced was beyond what any one should have to experience. I contacted the company on the 18th of November because my heat wasn't working. The man comes out tells me it is the fan motor, to me he does nothing more then just stand there and look at the at the motor. He tells me that if I didn't have a mobile home he might have a motor but he has to wait to order a new motor because their supplier wasn't open on the weekend. They came on Monday and did something it didn't work. He makes promises of coming back over the week. The condensed version is that they kept coming back during the week unable to fix the problem. They finally installed the motor and didn't test it and I still had the problem. It ran on auxiliary heat and the outside fan didn't work. I called them back out and when they tested it the fan outside fan came on and they left. It stopped working again. I called another company out and they spent time to figure the whole thing out. It seems that during one of the previous service calls that I had Made in the summer the guy had filled my summer problem by installing to much freon in the system. So, when I turned on my system for the winter it created more problems. In addition they replaced the motor and installed a fan that had warped blades that created its own problems. I am grateful that I found another company that was professional and was able to actually diagnose the problem.
