We listed a roof repair project but ended up with a new roof and gutters. There was damage we didn’t know about so the timing was right! Thank you Lynn’s Home Improvement!

We had some shingles come off in the wind that came through right before Christmas. From previous experiences it's almost impossible to find someone willing to take on a repair job so I tried Angi. Within 30 minutes I had received communications from three different pros. I set an appointment for an evaluation of my job & Lynn's sent a representative out to look at our roof on CHRISTMAS EVE!! I was pleased with what I heard so we sent an appointment for Monday, 12/26. Communication with the company owner and his representative was amazing & I am very pleased with the repair. I'm amazed we were able to get it done as quickly as we did and at a reasonable price. I'm definitely keeping Lynn's Home Improvement in my contacts.

The crew worked efficiently, the cleanup was awesome. I was so very impressed. I waited for the rain to write my review as it would be a testament to the work that was done. I am so pleased it is pouring outside and not raining inside. Oooooh I am so happy. The agent came to the house and thoroughly explained. The work that needed to be done, he was not aggressive with sales tactic but very informative which allowed me to make the best decision for my situation. I recommend this org for your roofing needs.

The person who came out to take a look at the issue was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable about the services they could provide for the repair. They were timely with scheduling the repairs, showed up on time and completed the work. Afterwards, I received pictures of the before/after. I was very pleased with the work and the 3-yr warranty on top. Great job!

Jarrell was awesome. I believed that he was a reflection of his company. I had other quotes and Jarrell was mid range . His professionalism won me over . I assume his family would be replacing my roof . Instead it was a crew of men that did not speak English. They dropped nails everywhere. We have 3 autos and had 4 flats so far . The roof has a lot of lifted shingles. I'm disappointed. I am an insurance agent and I knew this roof job would be hard to get insured . I recommend a dozen families a week on who to use for a roof replacement . In home owners insurance I have about 35 to 40 clients a month needing a new roof . I would not recommend this company. I was fooled by Jarrell, he's a great sales person

Lynn’s Home Improvement is a family owned business in the Fayetteville area. They were very quick to respond, give us a quote for the job and do the repair to our roof. Very professional. I would recommend this company for any roof repairs that you have.

Lynn's Home Improvement did a phenomenal job. In addition to having the roof replaced, I also replaced my gutters and and added leaf guard. There were two separate crews for each of the two jobs. The original shingles requested were not available but Jarryl worked with me and provided an upgrade at an exceptional discount. I will definitely recommend their service and use them again, as needed, for future projects. Well Done!!

I was sold, when how fast they responded to the need, and even the name of the company sold me, considering they are named after my mother. Great impression. They did an excellent job replacing my roof. They also removed my wooden facials and replaced them with metal ones, they did a good job with that as well. They also replaced my gutters and spouts. They have my house looking much better and everyone in the neighborhood has been giving me compliments on the work they did. I will refer them to anyone who ask who’s a good company to replace their roof at a very good and reasonable price.
