Jarryl was professional on phone and the first day we met. Went downhill from there. I needed roof and chimney repair, promised me to replace any rotten wood, his guys were putting new siding over rotten plywood, thankfully I got off of work early to catch it. His guy came back next day and made a complete mess with silicone everywhere, cuts on wood so far off, nails sticking up through shingles, debris on roof and ground I was left to clean up. Jarryl is quick to get your money and not to return your messages. Very unprofessional for the money I paid.

This is my second review for this company. Without going into too much detail. The owner has integrity and is passionate about his craft of Home repairs. He is not just project and money driven as you will see with many others. The work that was requested was for my mother;s home. During that time the Jarryl had an unimaginable tragedy in his family. I must say that during such difficult time he regained his focus and resolve all matters with his customers. That to me shows integrity and that is what is lacking in craftsmanship today....Family first.

As I told Jarryl's mother who answers the phone for him, "I feel like I've been scammed." Words cannot express how disappointed I am in Jarryl and how horrible an experience this was. In this review, I will tell you what was promised and what was actually delivered. Promises: (1) Jarryl is on-site at every installation. (2) All installation is done from the outside. They do not need access to the inside of the home and there is no mess left inside the home. (3) The windows will take about 2-3 weeks to come in and installation is done in one day. 4/19 - Wrote Jarryl a check for 50% of the total cost to replace 23 windows and install vinyl capping. The balance would be due upon completion. 5/3 - Sent Jarryl a text to inquire about the status. He replied stating that they were due in the week of May 15th. 5/15 - Sent Jarryl a text requesting an update, asking him to confirm that they will be installed this week. He replied stating he was in a customer's home and would check to see if the windows had arrived. I got no further reply. 5/16 - I sent a text asking if there was any update. He called me to explain that they don't schedule the installation until the windows are in hand, and that he expects them to be in by 5/18 or 5/21. He said that someone from his office would call me to schedule the installation. 5/23 - I texted him to let him know that I had not heard from anyone about installation. He replied saying that he would get an answer for me, and that the rain has him backed up. I did not get any further reply. 5/25 - I sent another follow-up text and he replied saying that he can install them the 2nd week of June. I replied telling him that this is way too far out. I explained that I could not get the home rented out without the new windows, and that the longer I wait, the more money I lose. I told him that the 2nd week of June would be nearly two months from the date I gave him the deposit. He did not reply. 5/30 - I requested a quote for windows and gutters on another property, but Jarryl didn't realize it was my property. When he arrived, I asked him about the installation on the other house. He told me they would be installed on 6/12 and that he was sorry for the delay. I told him I couldn't wait another two weeks and that I needed them installed within the next week. He promised to email me a quote for this new project, and take another look at his schedule and call me the next day with a date for installation on the other house. I did not hear back from him. 6/8 - I sent him another text saying "since I never heard back from you, I will assume that the windows will be installed on 6/12." I asked him what time I should expect them to arrive. He did not reply. 6/11 - "Hello Jarryl, good afternoon. What time will my windows be installed tomorrow?" He replied that it is supposed to rain and that the installers won't install in the rain. I replied asking what day they would be installed. He did not reply.

The install done by the subcontracted company was a good experience. They showed up, removed blinds, did their work and cleaned up. However, the issue came with customer service and the first quote team of 1(Jarryl). He never came to review the job prior to taking payment. Actually, he visited my house the day before the job was done and never returned. When he called for final payment, a week after the job was completed and 2 canceled appointments to review the job, he was very shady about processing my card on file for payment. He did not explicitly ask if I was ready to pay. He verified the balance with me and the next thing I know my card was charged. He seemed to be very focused on the money and not much with the job pretty much all the time. If you don't care about service and transparency, use this guy. This is a shame because I was looking to find a good business/person to have a working relationship with for other jobs at my house.

Same exact thing as the other two reviews. I have done my window replacement in 4 stages. The first 2 installs went well, I started having these issues getting in contact with him, having things handled without any regard to timeline on the last 4 windows I did. It finally got done and now I'm trying to squeeze out these last 4 windows. I have had so much trouble tracking him down. It's taken 3 calls to get him out to measure and 4 calls to try to pay the down payment. At this point I have asked them to cancel my order. I hate that I have to now find someone else to do the very last portion of the job, but I don't trust it will get completed once my money has been taken. The actual workers that came to do the work were great- but the hassle in working with the middle man to get it all scheduled has been a real struggle.

Let me start by saying that the work the actual contractors did was exceptional. No complaints once they showed up to do the work but getting someone to my house to actually work was impossible! I felt like once he had my money he didn't care enough to actually complete the work. Promises were made about days that work would be done but come that day no one would show up. The worst part was, no one called to let us know. I had to constantly try to track him down. Constantly. Calling 2-3 times a week even to just get an estimate for another day no one would show up. Completely unprofessional. If I had to do it all over again I would not even consider this company. I hope no one else does either. Maybe then they'd learn to treat customers better.

We Hired First Quote to replace and install new gutters on my entire home. After meeting with several companies, Mr. Jerryl was the one I felt most comfortable with. there was no pushing me trying to sign a contract or getting money up front. Most of all I felt the product that they were providing was a good product. His team showed up the day of on time and communicated to me any issues they may have found. I'm still enjoying my gutters through all the rain and snow we've gotten the past months. I will definitely recommend First Quote for gutter replacement or any other home improvement projects.

The service was very quick very informative personable. Jerryl was quick to answer any concerns I had and made sure that I understood the product and all the components. It was both my neighbor and I that were in the market for new gutters and he talked to both of us so he wouldn't waste our time by going back and forth he wanted to make sure we both understood everything I liked that very much and so did she. The installers were great, polite, hard working and when they left you never knew there were workers here. Everything was clean and spotless. I would recommend this company to anyone. Very professionel

Jarryl was prompt to come out and take a look at the job. He showed me the product, explained the engineering behind it and presented a short video that was excellent. I decided to go with him and am extremely pleased. His guys came out, did the work and cleaned up after themselves. Nothing left behind but some beautiful gutters that actually do look like crown molding for the outside. They were courteous, helpful and did their work in a timely manner. No more worry about clogged gutters or somebody climbing on a ladder to clean them. Awesome product and great customer service. I just walked around the house to see the finished product and it is fantastic. I love working with professionals to deliver exactly what you expect. Haven't seen them at work yet, but looking forward to walking out of the garage and not getting doused with water. (We didn't have ANY gutters there).
