Mr Campbell demonstrated a lot of knowledge about the subject matter and was very professional. Although there were several delays due to bad weather,he didn't hesitate to keep in touch with me and in the loop on what to expect .Once job started it was done in a timely manner.Would highly recommend Lynn's Home Improvement.

Came and gave estimate. Workers were on time, completed the repair, and cleaned up after themselves. Final bill was the same as the estimate. No hidden charges. Would work with them again.

Fast job and great service

Was overcharged and the quality of work was horrible. Unfinished work and what was done is very sloppy. The contractor did not even come to do the work he sent someone else. I needed rotting wood replaced and I do not thin the replaced it but just hidden or covered up. Showed me a picture of a roof that was not mine and said he was done with the work. Can not get a hold of company anymore. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I was absolutely amazed with the amazing results of the roof repairs and the perfectly done painting of the ceiling water stains that resulted from a bad storm. Everything looks now as though there never was any damage at all. Superb craftsmanship and dedication to prompt, exceptional customer service. Jarryl made a commitment and lived up to his commitment. If there was a delay for some reason he was always kind enough to reach out, send a text message or give a phone call. Open communication and straight forward. All of his teams did great work. He has 3 teams that we dealt with. All did great work, very timely, did not waste time, my project was finished in just under 3 weeks and it was a pretty big project. Roofing, Siding, painting new gutters, pressure washing, leaf guard and the removal of all the debris. Jarryl is a man of his word. He will reach out and let you know whats going on with an open line of communication throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend him in a heartbeat.

Jarryl, the owner, was a hands on professional. The service and quality of the work were excellent!! He explained everything and was very patient with questions. The product is excellent, as well. I had it done approximately 2 weeks ago and already I've had contractors who were doing other jobs complement the gutters. One ask me for the phone num company. Was referred to this company because of the quality of the work and professionalism. This deck evaluation and rebuild project was scheduled to start on May 3rd. 3 weeks later, the contractors showed up... It is 7/9/2019, with half the deposit paid, I am still waiting for the deck to be completed. The quality of the work is something I asked to have checked again, as the spindles are bowing out, the wood has buckled and split, too many issues to name. I was scheduled for an appointment yesterday to address these issues... I am still waiting and have decided to hire another contractor to re-do and fix the issues as well as complete my deck. Highly disappointed in the quality, communication, and professionalism. Great communication prior to deposit, since, it has not been much outside of request to pay prior to finishing so contractors/workers can get paid. Very disappointed.
