I never expected same day service. They came with all the needed materials and my leak was fixed in minutes. I was very pleased.

The owner responded very quickly to my call. He quoted a price without going on my roof and when I told him what the issue was he assured me it was the flashing. We negotiate a price.because the one he gave me was higher than the other two quotes I had received. He scheduled me for the upcoming Monday. Two man showed up at my home the next day, Sunday! Work was completed and it was not the flashing. They replaced a pipe, nailed down some nails, showed me the pictures. Owner called me and reluctantly took off $300 and stated every job he dose is no less than $650. Never again!

I had a good experience working with Jarryl and he always kept me up to date as to what was going on. His crew did a wonderful job on the gutters and also on the other two projects I had done. I would highly recommend them.

Communicated when rain delays happened. Showed when scheduled and reviewed everything that was done. Update: 10/30/2020. The repair was defective. We have called four times for re-repair and the office continues to just take messages. Last time, we only got a voicemail. No response from him through the office phone. Also, he replied via email once and said he would come out to look at it. Never did. It has been six months now since we first contacted him. Apparently, he cannot handle his workload or his so-called warranty on work is all hot air. Remember, this company is not a true roofing company. Do not waste your money because if it needs to be professionally finished, then hire a real professional. While he is courteous he is a lot of talks, and really cannot be bothered for the customer to follow up if needed. Do not use this company if you do not have to.

I had windows, siding and gutters installed. There was a little delay because of the weather, but Jarryl kept me updated on what was going on. His crew did a wonderful job on each project. I was pleased with the work and would highly recommend them.

Mr. Jarryln of Lynn Improvement was efficient and professional. He communicated with me throughout the job and worked with my budget. I will reaching out to Lynn Improvement again if I ever need them in the future.

Spoke with Jarryl of Lynn's Home Improvement, LLC on Jan. 28, 2020 he said the work I wanted done would be completed on Jan. 29, 2020 and pictures would be provided after work was done. After waiting until later that afternoon I called LHI, and I was asked what job was they doing for me. I was told it would be done the next day but I was not at home to verify nor confirm the work was done. I was contacted by LHI and told the job was done. Feb. 11, 2020 I paid LHI by debit. Discovering today Feb. 20, 2020 NO work had been done at all. People want to get paid for nothing.

Jarryl was very courteous, respectful and professional. They contacted me in two minutes after I filled out the request form on line at HomeAdvisor.com. The job was finished in one day. Job was done yesterday. It poured down rain today with thunder storms and NO LEAKS ! Thank you so much. I will use you in the future and recommend you to my friends.

Came on day service was requested, polite and friendly. Workers arrived on time as scheduled and made roof repairs. Didn't leave any work related residue. Now we wait for next hard rain to see if leaks are fixed!

Lynn s Home Improvement did an outstanding job on my roofing project and I am one very happy customer. Professional, honest and reliable is how I would describe this company. If I could give them 10 stars I would. All my roof plywood was rotted and damaged, resulting in the shingles buckling and roof leaking. LHI replaced all the damaged wood, installed a moisture barrier and replaced all shingles and flashing. They also removed all the debris and trash from my property. My porch roof went from near collapse to brand new and one afternoon thanks to LHI. It s hard to find good contractors, but thankfully, I don t have to look any further I found a great one. I ve already decided to use them for my next project, scheduled to start soon and highly recommend you do the same.
