Nate, the owner and service provider, was absolutely outstanding. And extremely down to earth person, who showed up and worked very hard, and was incredibly nice and kind while here. He is also an excellent communicator from start to finish; the starting point being the initial communication regarding the repair/project, and the endpoint being once the work is completed, and before he left. I cannot highly recommend this company and Nate any higher, and I will definitely utilize them as my primary appliance service provider moving forward.

Highly recommend Nate for appliance repairs. He troubleshooted fridge and microwave issues methodically and fixed them where two other technicians failed. Excellent customer service.

Nate called us back right away, whereas others we contacted took a long time to get back to us. He came out to look at our dryer the same day and was very upfront about what the issue was and whether he felt it would be worth our time and money to fix the problem (expensive part for a cheap old dryer). Overall, he was very honest, timely, and friendly - would absolutely hire again and will be recommending to local friends.

Nate responded very quickly to my request for a quote and was able to come the same day. He was very professional; however, what I really liked is how well he knew his business and diagnosed my oven problem quickly. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. He was transparent about the pricing and parts. As a sales professional myself, I truly appreciated this. His pricing was reasonable and I believe in paying people for good work. I would hire him again in an instant!

My refrigerator compressor stopped working and was still under warranty. I call other repair companies and they gave me a 3â 4-day window just to receive the part from the vendor. Nate was able to replace and repair the refrigerator the same day. His price was also lower than the other competitors and did an excellent job!

He s fair and honest with his final costs and does his best to provide you with the best options for the job value wise. Nate did a wonderful job completing installation of a washer & dryer. He responded quickly to my request, arrived the same day of request, arrived when he said, did quality work and went above & beyond to get the appliances properly installed and fit into the space required.
