Contacted Nate on Wednesday afternoon for electric range problem. Nate came out the following day as promised, diagnosed troubled and ordered parts. Picked up parts and installed on same day. Did not try or replace items not needed. Very satisfied and will use again

I hired Lena Nix to replace the bearings in my Maytag washer back in March. I waited a few months before writing this review because I wanted to see how my washer performed after the repair. Washer is working like the day I bought it. Great job guys!! Glad I hired them! Very professional and gave me a great quote on the repair and explained everything including final repair price before they got started!! If you’re going to repair your washer compared to buying a new one these are the guys for the job! Great price and excellent work quality!!

Nate is the man! Professional, courteous and efficient. Felt like I'd known him for years after less than 15 minutes. Found the problem causing our clothes washer to leak all over the place. Fixed it quickly at more than a fair price for his valuable time. I will surely recommend Nate to anyone who needs his services. Five Star all the way!

everything went good, came did evaluation of machine. it was unable to be fixed but he was very thorough.

The service person fixed the dishwasher problem but may have damaged the disposal by allowing a washer to fall in and forgot to/did not remove it. Said he would return Monday, but we ended up finding it ourselves. He was nice, though.

Service was efficient, affordable and professional. Would highly recommend this company!
