Once putting in a request, I received a call back on a quote pretty quickly. So I asked to schedule for a tech to come out. They actually had an opening the same day. Cornell came out within the time frame, accessed the issue with my dryer, showed me the faulty part and explained what was going on. He worked quickly to fix my dryer. The price for parts and labor was reasonable and the work is guaranteed for 90 days. I would definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone needing a repair on their appliance.

Cornell was FANTASTIC! One of the biggest struggles when hiring a contractor is communication and accountability. Cornell had both. He let me know his ETA and kept me apprised of costs. He needed to get a part and returned at the agreed upon time. He cleaned up after himself and was a pleasure to deal with. For reference, he repaired my Samsung dryer that was not heating and a beverage cooler that wasn't reaching temp. The experience was so good, I have already recommended him to three friends. This was a rare find and I hope to continue to use this company should I need anything fixed in the future.

Knew right away what our problem was and how to repair it. He even went out and picked up a part and repaired it the same day!

Contacted after 6pm and the owner called back within minutes. Came out the next day to work on my dishwasher. Gentleman was super nice, knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I love that he’s a straight shooter and not just trying to sell something. HIGHLY recommend and definitely will use again.

Contacted me literally within seconds to set up appointment. I called on a Saturday and the appt was set up for Monday. They were able to get the necessary parts and repair my oven on the same day. Price was also very reasonable. I was thrilled and will certainly call them if I need any other appliance repair!

The tech came out and check the dryer to see what the issue was. After he located the issue. He explained to me what was wrong and what was needed to fix it and ensured I wanted to move forward.
