The technician refused to give me a diagnosis in writing of the repair. I requested it several times. I told him I needed the diagnosis to give to my home warranty people. He gave me a copy of the repair bill that only included a line for the freon and a line for the service charge. No diagnosis. He said he did not see a leak but he did add freon. He said he could not determine the source of the leak. He told the home warranty folks that perhaps there was a pinhole leak. He did not mention a pinhole leak to me. Based on his statements to the home warranty folks my claim of over $600.00 including food spoilage was denied. LET THE BUYER BEWARE. I will not use this service again.
