We found this company on Angie's List. We met for an estimate and agreed on a start date. Thanks to the weather they were able to start and finish within a week. Every effort was made to understand exactly what we wanted and to see that we were pleased with the finished fence and gates. We very much enjoyed meeting the people in this family business and working with them. We are very pleased with our new fence and highly recommend Precision Fence. Great folks!

Arthur & DeDe did a great job; they came out promptly and gladly provided me a quote when I was clear that I was getting other quotes to remove an old fence and install a new one. They also quoted me on some interior closet/cabinetry work and I may do that with them in the future based on their work on my fence. They did all they said they were going to do. They were very professional & courteous, and the fence they installed looks great.

What can I say other than that Arthur and DeDe are miracle workers, and deserve sainthood. Since relocating to Georgia, I've had a horrible time finding people who are willing to work on anything. So, it was a complete and total blessing to find Precision Fence, Deck, & Floor Systems. I have no words to describe how amazing the build went, and how fantastic it was to have them work on my deck project. They were always on time, they communicated with me at every stage of the build, and were patient with all of my questions (even the crazy ones). In addition, their craftsmanship and work ethic are on par with what I am use to dealing with as a former LA resident. So I'll always come back to them for everything I need, and I hope they continue to expand their offerings so I never have to use anyone else.

After completing the form to get an estimate I got an email response very quickly and then later a phone call to follow up more specifically on what I needed done. Arthur visited my house and followed up with an estimate. I sent in the 50% deposit and they let me know it had been received (which they also did for the final payment) and then kept me informed on the date for the project. I also asked for a photo of what the gate would look like to share with my neighborhood review committee and he provided that quickly. Due to their schedule opening up, DeDe contacted me to let me know they would able to come out a couple days earlier than originally planned. Although I was out of town, I said an earlier date would be fine with me as long as they didn't need mind. During the installation there were some questions on the preferred alignment related to the fence and gate rails so Arthur texted pictures and made a couple phone calls to discuss options with me since I wasn't on site. I very much appreciated the communication between myself and Arthur and DeDe and would recommend this company to others.

IT WENT SEAMLESS! THEY ARE GREAT AND PROFESSIONAL

The experience was great. Arthur was very friendly and professional. I had some urgency for the fence because of my dogs. Bad weather had delayed outside work but knowing my situation Arthur came on the weekend to get the fence up for my dogs. He also matched the look of the existing fence that the previous owner had started. After that they did the stairs which are very strong and sturdy. He does great work. Already passed his name off to a co-worker who is looking for fence work. Furthermore, I had trouble getting responses from other contractors, Arthur responded the same day and we went back and forth through email when I had questions in the beginning. He was very patient and professional which made me feel more comfortable in selecting him over other services. Good man and a nice family run company.

It all started with the initial estimate. I had lots of questions during the first visit and they were able to answer them. Then we scheduled our install date. Because of weather conditions we were delayed slighty but Dede was very communicative and made sure that I was aware. Arthur and Dede arrived on schedule and ready to work and boy did they work. They are extremely professional, neat and meticulous. During the process they informed me that there needed to be minor adjustments to the estimate due to the configuration of our lot, for which was not an issue. On two occasions my neighbors approached them to get information, I'm assuming based on the quality of work they saw. I will most certainly use them for any fence needs I have in the future.

These guys were great from beginning to end. They contacted me via Angie's List promptly after my initial request. They came out quickly and gave a detailed estimate. My schedule is crazy as I'm out of town 40 weeks a year. They worked with me over several months to find a time to do the work, always staying in touch and on top of the project. They completed the work today and I couldn't be more pleased. The fence looks better than it ever did. The original fence was installed about 12 years ago by Atlas who cut corners and didn't do anywhere near the quality of work Arthur did for me. I will use them again to replace the other section of the fence when it's time for that. I wish I could find something else for them to do now. They were that good. I would highly recommend them. Arthur and DeDe were very prompt and professional. Was able to come out and give estimate on the same day. Job started on time as scheduled. Gate is well built and sturdy (3 hinge design vs 2 like most installers). Price was lower than 3 other quotes I received. Would definitely use again. Highly recommended.

Although we haven't seen the deck in person the feedback we've received is that the deck looks very good and sturdy. Also we appreciate how responsive Arthur and his wife were to this project. They were also timely in completing the project and sent us photos afterward.

Initial appointment was on time. Very professional. Provided excellent suggestions. Kept in the loop when my deposit check was received and set the appointment for installation. Arrived on time. Fence was contructed in 7 hours. Its beautiful. No debris left behind. Totally 100% satisfied. Arthur and DeDe were referred to me by my neighbor that initially utilitized their services and was totally happy with them.

These guys were GREAT! Arthur and Dede had to come to our home on two different occasions to talk about what we wanted to do with our deck. They did not charge for this time, and they were super courteous and helpful on both occasions. They expanded our existing deck, added stairs going to ground level and replaced all of the existing wooden ballisters with much prettier metal ballisters... which was their suggestion, and I'm glad we did it! We could not be happier with their work!!! We will recommend them to all neighbors and friends who want similar home improvements!

I was in need of a pation upgrade and install in a very hurried fashion because we had a huge party event coming up and had run out of time while screening the larger more expensive deck contractors. Most of those contractors were not interested because the deck we wanted to have built was relatively small and inexpensive. We went to Lowes and Home Depot but it was going to take 2 weeks just to get someone out to our house to look at the job. Through the use of Angie's list I was able to find a contractor that handled jobs that were more in line with what I needed to have built. I found Precision and they had a few very positive reviews so I gave them a call. The phone was immediately answered by Arthur Peoples who is the owner/operator. I described what I wanted and he said it wasn't a problem and he would be happy to come out and take a look at it and his schedule was open to get it completed within the 2 week timeframe we had left prior to our big event. He was available to come out the next day. Arthur set a time of 9:00am on a Saturday and he and his wife DeDe were very prompt to arrive. They brought a book with photos of their previous work and that was very helpful and helped me gain confidence in their abilities. They were able to easily address any questions I had around the way the deck would be built. We discussed a price and timing on site. I received an email contract the next morning from DeDe and we signed and returned and booked the appointment. Arthur, DeDe and a another worker showed up right on time the day of the installation. Arthur had set an expectation of 3 days to install the deck which was fine but when they arrived I was happy to find out that he felt they might be done in 1 day. They got to work immediately unloading wood and tools. The wood that was delivered was very good quality and fresh from the mill. The tools he used were professional grade tools with more than enough power to do the job. He wasn't getting his tools at Wal Mart if you know what I mean. Big saws, big nail guns, etc. The team works together very well. They appear to have worked together for some time because they really don't make much noise or talk much but work like a well oiled machine. Any obstacles that they ran across were quickly overcome and they were able to move on quickly. They took one quick break at lunch for a sandwich and never asked to enter the home for any reason. By the end of the day they were probably 90% complete and it started to rain. Arthur covered his tools and they went to their truck to wait out the rain. After about 30 minutes he let us know he would be coming back the next day to finish and that was totally fine. The next morning they showed up like clockwork and finished within an hour. They left no mess or trash and the only thing left to contend with was a pile of dirt from the post holes that they had dug up for the footings. This was not a problem for me because I simply smoothed it out in my bed by the house, but for others you may want to address this potential issue up front and ask for someone to haul off the dirt. A few holes will create a massive pile of excess dirt. I was overjoyed with my experience with Precision. The workmanship of the deck was fantactic. My house will blow away before this deck goes anywhere. Great construction and very good people to deal with. I can't recommend them enough for this type of work.

Excellent job. We have used them before. They built a deck on our house and pool. Am very happy with the new door to our media center and the new shelf. The enclosed openings on the entertainment center match and are a great addition. You can't beat using Arthur and his family. They are professional and very easy to work with. In the future we will use them again. One of the few contractors who I will call over and over. Price and Quality can't be beat.

Arthur and his crew were excellent. The work was great and very informative during the whole process. Arthur and his crew had a great personality and made me feel completely comfortable with them here. The work was awesome. Had several quotes, but Arthur listened to what we wanted and made it happen. I would recommend them 100%.

They were professional, on time, on budget. The deck is on a steep slope which required them to be part mountain goats. I really don't know how they got it in, but it is beautiful and sturdy. The work was done in the Summer when it was hot, humid and very buggy. Their work was adjacent to our dog potty area.They did not complain at all. The shape and slope of the land required some creative solutions, and they rose to the occasion, even suggesting a rail in a place we hadn't thought of. We called them back a few weeks later to repair an existing deck.

They were a pleasure to work with, always on time, no hidden fees or costs associated to the job. The job was projected and completed with in the quoted time frame. We hope to use them again very soon.
