He assessed my repair need over the phone, would have scheduled me the same afternoon, but accommodated my next morning request. Arrived on-time, Very Friendly, Extremely Knowledgeable about my issue, and answered all questions. He repaired the problem in less time than predicted and extended a 60-day warranty for any issues. When I called about a slightly different issue 4 days later, he treated me like Family, made a next day service call, and was effective at diagnosis and repair. As a retired Air Force Senior Master Sergeant, I have lived all over the country and around the world, and have experienced Many repair specialists. Anthony Nixon is in the Top 3 of all, and a True Professional that has my full Recommendation.
