I found Brian through his website and interviewed him while I was in town one weekend. We immediately hit it off, and I left feeling like I had a trustworthy friend in the real estate biz. He was not afraid to show his wonderful personality, and he was very comfortable telling me what I needed to hear instead of what I wanted to hear. Because he spent so much time as an agent and broker in the area, he is very knowledgeable about various areas of town, even though his specialty is in the East Atlanta/Grant Park area. Our price range was at the lower end of things, but he definitely lived up to his promise of, "I work just as hard for my $100,000 clients as I do for my $500,000 ones." During the search, his experience flipping houses was invaluable when it came to evaluating how much work each house would need. When we found the house that we loved, his advice regarding our offer saved us from getting into a bidding war that would have eliminated the house as a possibility for us. There were 3 other potential buyers that weren't as lucky. While I often took his advice, he was also very comfortable when I decided that I wanted to go about it differently. After we were under contract, his expertise further helped us when there were bumps in the road regarding the loan, the inspection, and anything else that came up. We were very lucky to have Brian as our realtor, negotiator, and friend through the process of buying our first house.
