This was a great experience for a painful issue. The team was prompt, competitive quote, and finished in a couple of days.

I had had 4 plumbers out here before, nobody has been able to fix that ice maker and they fixed it. They did it all and they did a really, really good job. They did all of that in a day. They didn't charge much at all to fix our ice maker. We had a lot of stuff done then.

They did an awesome job. I would give them an A+ if I could believe me.

This was a great experience for a painful unexpected project. The team did an excellent job of minimizing the damage to my lawn and interior drywall where the piping was. They were fast, professional and friendly. I would hire again.

This was an excellent experience, starting from the estimate. The plumber who came out to check the job was the first in four to look at the job to point out where my sewer tie-in was (based on large 'S' stamped in concrete at the street). Others went on and on about how they would have to go all the way across the front of my lawn to find the sewer line for connection AND HOW EXPENSIVE THAT WILL BE. One company estimated well over double what Troy estimated. The next closest bid of three official bids was $1,370 more with a caveat that they could increase the price depending on time to do the job. Four other companies did not even provide a written bid because of job scope and their capabilities. And all other bidders planned to tear up my yard (not good in a subdivision). Troy & Sons were the ONLY ones to suggest the sump/holding tank and pump. The route chosen thereby minimized the landscaping impact. I was extremely pleased about this. They were punctual and did what they said they were going to do. They pulled the permit as planned and did not ask for payment until the Cobb County inspector provided the approval inspection sticker, as they stated in the beginning. And there is a one year warranty. After the pains I experienced with the contractor who built the cabana, this experience rebuilt my confidence in contractors in Georgia. I was very skeptical but have been revived. I strongly recommend these guys. They were punctual, clean, and did an outstanding job. They also saved me money on landscaping by the method they used. The bottom line is that this was a perfect experience. I will call them again if needed and have already recommended them to a friend who has some minor plumbing issues to repair.
