Ineptness characterized every aspect of the experience. After visiting and surveying the work to be done, when they arrived to do the work Wigley had misidentified the type of pipe needed. They both left to get the proper pipe at Home Depot - 6 miles away. An hour and a half later (co-incidentally it was lunch time) they returned. This time was included in their time charge even though it was their error. That work proceeded with only one more snag - used the wrong adhesive and had to restart. Sloppy, got adhesive on the floor and failed to clean it up. Moved on to dripping faucet repair. Took an hour to adjust the faucet, with Wigley trying to talk his "assistant" through the job. Moved on to another faucet repair in the kitchen. This took over four hours! Much of the time with Wigley on the phone with the Delta Help Line - training time which he also wanted me to subsidize. He portrayed himself as a Delta expert having installed Delta products for over 30 years. He had greased the gaskets as his solution. Delta informed him that they should never be greased - he argued with them!! In the process of the work they scratched and dented the base plate of the faucet and the condition they had been charged with fixing was now worse and the pull out faucet function was impaired. After more than seven hours we just wanted them out of the house. Even with my limited DIY skills I was able to remedy the kitchen faucet issues in just under 30 minutes. We had asked him to address them since we were bringing him in as a professional and why not have him address all of our minor issues at once? I will never use him again and could never recommend him for any type of work.
