Bar none, this is the best tree service around. They are very professional, courteous, and they strive to please. They have just become my all time tree service of choice.

Well organized. Skilled team using proper equipment. Great communication throughout entire process: initial assessment, concerns and quote. Review upon arrival. Intermittent brief conversation initiated by homeowner. Status and timeline with crew leader. Review results upon job completion. Polite. Tidy. Safety minded. Good with dogs. A few neighbors saw them working, inquired to me about them. Subsequently, those neighbors hired them for their yard trees.

A family owned business, the two Brothers are very aware of the professionalism involved when it comes to running a service that caters to the needs of both residential and commercial environments. From start to finish the process was seem less, with a top notch estimator and courteous crew. There work is clean and efficient, with affordable pricing, a true gem! Especially in a world and time that it is hard to find a business that cares. As a business owner myself. One would be very lucky to get these guys on board with any tree removal project.... period!

Trinity Tree Service was very quick to assess my needs and concerns about a tree that I felt was leaning dangerously close to my house. They did an excellent job and were very courteous and friendly. Their price was lower than their competitors by a good bit, (a few hundred dollars). I was very pleased with the job performed and the fair price. If I ever need another tree removed from my property, I will absolutely call on Trinity Tree Service.

Silverleaf - Dahlonega, GA This was our first time using a professional Tree Service. Trinity Tree Service did not disappoint. Everyone was wonderful from the project manager Don to all the workers! We are so happy with the finished project! I would highly recommend this company. They were so respectful to us, our barking dogs and the property. This was the best experience we have every had with a contractor. They did what they said they would and then went above and beyond. They cleaned work site before leaving just for the night. (Raked entire yard of little debris where they were going to go to work again in the morning and blew 400 driveway off before leaving for the night.) This is an exceptional company that really cares that you are happy. To sum up our level of satisfaction... This was a Chick-fil-A type experience. We could not have been any happier.

Quick Summary - 5 STARS AREN'T ENOUGH! Good communication, excellent service, far exceeded expectations, excellent price! I have already recommended them to 3 neighbors, all of whom were extremely pleased with their work as well. I do not write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Trinity Tree Service. Don was quick to respond to my request and come out to the house. He took the time to understand our situation and exactly what we wanted. Our job was complicated by challenging access, ornamental trees and shrubs basically touching the trees we wanted gone, and our desire to have not only the mulch from our trees spread, but additional loads brought in and spread as well. The Owners Justin and Jason work onsite with the crew which is a massive plus. You can tell that they clearly care about their customers and their good name by the level of service they provide. Justin stopped by my house a couple of times prior to the job starting to review my expectations and discuss the proposed plan to make sure I was comfortable with everything. We had 4 dogwoods, a magnolia, a cherry blossom, and a number of very mature azaleas in the immediate area of the very large pine trees they were removing. In my mind I had come to accept that the magnolia, one of the dogwoods, and about 8 azaleas just couldn't possibly survive this work and would be destroyed as a result. Due to the nature of dealing with pine trees and their proximity to these particular items, Justin agreed that there would likely be some damaged, but promised to do everything he could to keep them safe. Justin and his crew went to incredible lengths to protect these plants. By creatively using ropes they were able to control where many of the enormous limbs and tree trunks fell. This step certainly created extra work and cost for them, but they didn't hesitate to try everything. At the end of the job I was shocked, but I couldn't find a single broken limb! It was truly incredible! I was very surprised at how tidy they kept the work area as this work creates a tremendous amount of debris. They constantly managed not only the large items, but the small items as well. The crew was constantly picking up small pieces and sweeping raking their main work area to keep things neat. This wasn't necessary for me to be satisfied, but it was a small detail that really stood out. They were very respectful of staying within the tight space along the property line where they had to drive all of their equipment. My neighbors were worried they may have damage to their internet cables. Various means of protection were utilized and the equipment operators took extra care to stay well clear of the areas that were of concern. I am a contractor in a service industry as well, so my expectations and standards for what constitutes good service is extremely high. Trinity Tree Service absolutely blew me away with their service and exceeded all of my expectations on this job. I would have happily paid more for their work. I will be using Trinity Tree Service again in the future and I will continue to recommend them to anyone who will listen.

But I have to blast out, everywhere I can, how floored we were with Trinity Tree Service. 1st â their sales rep Don, was spectacular. He was patient with us for months as we dealt w/ the HOA. Never pushy, always helpful, amazing follow up (some companies we were getting quotes with never called us back) and their price quote was beyond competitive â heâ s the reason we chose Trinity Tree. 2nd â The owners and the crew were beyondâ ¦. Just beyond. Always friendly, spoke with us, ALWAYS clean â I mean our property was cleaned up every night. They went so far above and beyond our expectations. They had every tool, EXPERT safety protocols, I mean the entire experience was so fantastic. 3rd â We are not related to the company, no one in the company, we arenâ t friends etcâ ¦. we were strangersâ ¦.. These guys did an excellent job removing several trees close to my home, trimming others to enhance my view, and removing several stumps in and on the border of my yard. I have used several tree services in the past for various projects and Trinity Tree Service was by far the most conscientious of surrounding trees, landscaping, and cleanup. Not only are they wonderful individuals, they perform wonderful work.
