All South Restoration Services

I had some minor flooding due to a leaky washer. All South was listed on my insurance company's site and I am glad I chose them. They are very easy to work with and the work turned out great. I did have to ask them to re-paint the ceiling because I wasn't happy the 1st time, but they came and repainted no questions asked and I'm very happy with the end result.

Fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about the folks at All South. We had been referred to another company by our plumber, but they blew us off. I found All South on Angieslist, and from our first contact, they were responsive and professional. Even though it was a relatively small job, they took it seriously and did everything in their power to finish the job quickly so that we could return to our home. Mark helped me coordinate with our insurance adjustor to ensure that the necessary work would be covered by insurance. Roger oversaw the entire project. He regularly provided me with updates on the status of the work and, when unanticipated problems came up, worked quickly to get the project back on track. Every subcontractor we dealt with was similarly professional, and the quality of the work was outstanding. In short, I would highly recommend their services!

My wife and I are thrilled with the nearly year-long project by All South Restoration. We are particularly pleased with the carpentry, wood, stone and tile flooring and major bathroom renovation. We also liked how All South worked through occasional challenges (to be expected on a very large project). We liked receiving detailed, email updates. We increased the scope of work during the project because we were happy with the work being done. We would engage All South Restoration again and we have already made a referral to friends. We did receive insurance reimbursement for portions of the house that was water damaged. All South Restoration went the extra mile to provide the insurance company with the paperwork necessary to get reimbursed, plus identified additional monies for reimbursement that the insurance adjuster had not identified.

The company is excellent. I was informed on a regular basis about the work schedule and what to expect. Everyone was professional and pleasant to work with. I was very happy with the quality of the work. Lee, the project manager, managed the project and did an outstanding job. I would definitely rehire and highly recommend them.

These craftsmen are amazing. They worked diligently for three days to restore the damage. Lee was very professional and detail oriented. When he left on day three, I could not tell there had been any damage, except for the carpet which was being fixed later that day. Allan came in to take care of the carpet, installing pad where removed, re-stretching the carpet, and shampooing the entire room. I could not be any happier with the quality and professionalism I received.

Someone had painted spots on the ceiling and it turns out it wasn't water damage at all. They were excellent and didn't charge a thing.

This is first class company from the start to the finish. David and his team of professionals are all expert craftsmen in their trade. The custom door replacement had us most concerned due to style matching, stain matching, etc. David was unbelievable in his attention to detail and pursuit of custom mfg cos to get correct door structure and style for custom build. The install was flawless, stain matches to perfection. Just can't say enough about these folks. This is exactly how the book describes a project like this should be handled. Communication, do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it, always communicate on any slight delay be it weather or mfg. Will use these folks whenever the opportunity arises emergency or not. Thanks David and please thank all of your team.

The tree left a hole of about 1' X 5' in my kitchen ceiling, broke 5 rafters and took out roof and corner post of front porch. All South worked with insurance provider to reach agreed upon estimate of repairs. Demolition and finished repairs took only about 5 weeks. They scheduled sub-contractors to do repairs. I was very happy with the work. No payment was requested until final walk-through. Good communication with me was maintained throughout the process. This is the second good experience I have had with All South Restoration as they restored my father's kitchen after flooding last year.

The different folks who worked on the various aspects of the remodeling always showed up on time and communicated what they were going to do and when. They were very nice people to work with - they went above and beyond to take a miserable situation and restore things to better than they had been previous to the backup - I now go to the basement daily to enjoy all the improvements!

Customer services was excellent - warm, responsive, professional. Two different contractors did work for us replacing carpet pad, cleaning carpet, replacing base boards, and painting the walls. Contractors were on time, efficient and took care of extra details beyond the base work. So impressive!

The service turned out very well. They started working on our home in November 2013 and finished it in May 2014. They were very good at communicating through the whole process in terms of answering the phone and returning calls very quickly. They were reliable and very easy to work with.

I was very pleased with the work. The guy said that he had the parts to repair the roof, and he would repair it for free if I gave him a good review on another website. It was very fair, and they did a great job.

We had a small fire in the garage and they did the restoration. I thought they were average. I think some of the contents they took didn't come back as I seem to be missing a few things. The work they did was fine. It took a lot longer to get the contents back than we had anticipated which was kind of a pain. The actual dwelling work they did was pretty good.

They were excellent. They were very responsive and very meticulous in what they did.

They handled it and it turned out fine. They were very professional.

The leak caused a lot of damage. They had to removed the cabinets, drywall behind the sink, and the floor was damaged. They had to run a dehumidifier for 3 days to dry out everything. There was a lot of mildew that needed to be removed in the process. This company was amazing. They kept me informed on everything they were doing and the progress they were making. In the beginning I wasn't sure who the to ask questions to, they didn't really have like a go to guy for my questions. Once we established the foreman of the project everything went smooth and he was great about communicating with me. The final result was great. It took about 6 weeks to get everything finished but they were very professional and I was very pleased with the work done.

When I first spoke to Mark McClure, the general contractor at All South, I had a good feeling about him which has proved to be true. First off, I was able to reach him on a Saturday. He was extremely professional, took all my information and set up a time very soon after to meet and do a walk-through. From the first meeting, I was impressed with his punctuality and professionalism which has been indicative of his whole team throughout this project. Mark is thorough and conscientious, and he took his time to really listen to me and answer my questions. He made sure he accurately assessed my damages, finding many areas that my insurance adjuster had overlooked. He submitted a supplemental request to my insurance company, which was approved. Without Mark's experience and expertise, I would not have known what was missing. He has truly been a wonderful support and guide through this process. Readily available by phone, text or e-mail, Mark's responsiveness has been remarkable. After getting everything settled with my insurance company, Mark's wonderful team came in and have been working on my place steadily for the past two weeks. Kevin and Lee have been here promptly at 8:30 every morning to work on the structure and if there was ever a change in schedule, they called the day before to let me know. I always knew the schedule, and these guys are as good as their word.They have brought my place back to even better than I remember. The walls look great, very carefully constructed and repainted, and the shoe molding cuts are perfect. They even made a few, extra repairs for me that did not result from the water damage. The other part of Mark's team is Hugh Teems and his sons, who are the "floor masters." Hugh made several trips to my place to work with me to get the floors just right. He has years of experience with floors and was able to advise me on both sets of floors I had to have replaced. One set of hardwoods has already been installed, and they are beautiful and went in quickly. Hugh has also been very responsive by phone and text and has gone the extra mile, literally. While I was out of town and unable to do it, Hugh offered to pick up a runner that I had bound so that he and his guys could install it on my stairs. His kind offer eased a burden for me. In the past, friends and family have shared a lot of horror stories about contractors, so I approached this experience with trepidation. However, I truly cannot say enough good things about Mark and his team. Through their integrity, professionalism and kindness, they have earned my trust and have started to feel a bit like an extended family. :-) If I had a need for their services again, I would hire them in a heartbeat and recommend them without reservations.

O All South sent their sub-contractor Flood X within two hours of my frantic call for help late on the night before Easter. Flood X spent most of the night and most of Easter Sunday pulling down the basement ceiling, removing baseboards and dehumidifying / drying all areas. Equipment was in the house for five days. The workers were competent and professional and above all respectful of our property. Following the mitigation and demolition, All South competently reset the cabinets and baseboards in the kitchen, replaced baseboards in the living, dining and hall. Repainted all baseboards and other areas needing touch-up. They replaced the ceiling in the basement, repaired all damaged walls and repainted the entire basement. The crew was fantastic. Terry and Lee were professional but also friendly and respectful. They made a bad experience bearable. Throughout the process CEO Mark McClure stayed in touch and kept me apprised of all necessary repairs. He ensured that my cost did not exceed my insurance coverage. His project manager for the rebuild was also very helpful.

The gentleman who came out was very professional and took his time looking at the damage and explained to me exactly what he thought needed to be done. He recommended I go with a general contractor and if I needed any drying equipment to call them back. He was so polite and saved me so much money but suggesting I go a different route. I was not charged anything for the consultation. If I ever have a need for their services, I will not hesitate to call.

They got the job done, but they were poor to me. The hardwood floors they put in look sort of buckled.

I found All South on Angie's list and was so pleased that the company lived up to all expectations. So very responsive to all requests, help with insurance company and all phone calls. We could not have asked for anyone better to work with. I would recommend them to anyone.

Were quick to respond to my call. Refrigerator was leaking and damaging hardwood floor. Moved everything out of pantry and kitchen, removed cabinets ,stove and dishwasher. Took up wet hardwood. All work performed quickly but with care not to damage anything. Removed fans and dehydrators promptly after drying and cleaned up well before leaving.

A great crew that showed up when expected and got the job done. It was an insurance job, a lot of work including replacing a bathroom and three floors of drywall and paint, plus refinishing wood doors. Nice work and super nice people

It all worked out. They did a good job on everything and they helped us along with the whole insurance process as well. It wasn't just the job that they did on the actual reconstruction, they also kind of helped us wok through State Farm. The only thing that we didn't get covered unfortunately was the actual pipe damage since there was a kind of speculation there where State Farm wouldn't cover it but they tried to help us out to get that through. It was a very good experience.

They arrived early and explained what they were going to do. They cleaned up and left and I found they had not hooked up my dryer hose. I called the number on my receipt and even though they were on there way to another job, they turned around and came back and fixed my hose properly. Very professional.
