On the first visit where most would incur a service fee, Harris Plumbing reviewed the scope of the work and didn't mention having to pay for the visit. At that time it was determined there needed to be a definite plan of action and another visit would be required, we agreed, there was no invoice suggested. When the plan of action was addressed, and the work completed as requested, that was the time of the invoice. The work was done professionally to customer satisfaction.
