I had an excellent experience with Safelite Autoglass. They were courteous.

They were able to replace the windshield on the third visit. The first two attempts the installer had the wrong glass but it turns out this was due to an error I entered on their ordering website. The installer was courteous and accommodating. We would certainly use the service again.

Safelight came out and replaced the front windshield of my car. The technician was on time, professional and personable. He definitely knew what he was doing and the price was less than I expected. If I have another crack in my windshield I know who I will call.

Driver's side car window was smashed in and purse was stolen. Safelight took my call immediately, connected me with my insurance agent in real-time on the phone, and was able to schedule me within less than 24 hrs of the phone call. The tech showed up at the beginning of the 4 hour window and did a good job. I was very pleased with the level of service and professionalism and would recommend them strongly.

After discovering the damage to my windshield I was able to drive home and checked out their reviews. I had also received 3 positive recommendations from friends. I scheduled my appointment online and went to the Decatur location the next day. The estimate that they printed out was exactly as quoted online, plus taxes and disposal fee. The service took about 2 hours and I received a guarantee for the work as long as I own the car. There's nothing much around their location so take a book or something. The staff was friendly, professional and efficient. This company is definitely a keeper.

Lynn in the office was great. Handled my call with professionalism, and took extra steps to confirm the type of glass needed and to set up the paperwork, etc. The installer came to our house within 24 hours, and replaced the glass. The downside of the experience is that the price paid was about 50% higher than the original quote, and included a labor component that was not included in the original quote. It was almost as if once they knew that insurance was involved, the price escalated. Of course, my opinion of Lynn's professionalism dropped a bit after receiving the "revised" total. Also, the installer did a poor job of cleaning up the broken glass and then blamed his Shop Vac for not working very well. He suggested we take the car in to get "detailed" which will add an additional cost to the already inflated price. I'm saying we'd use Safelight again (hopefully it won't be necessary!), but in truth, I'll shop around first, but would consider using them because they work closely with our insurance provider.

Very polite and professional from the first phone call. Their price quote was significantly less than the other call I made. They even gave additional discount for taking my truck to their shop in Norcross, GA (which I recommend because they've got the work down to a fine art).

They provided guarantee for a year and their price was comparable with another place. I called them and they came in the next day. They were very prompt.

We called and they came to where my son had his truck and repaired the windshield very promptly.

The company was very responsive, even after I cancelled initial appointment the first time. They send you an e-mail reminder about your appointment with the details of your work order, the name of your technician, and his picture. They called me in the same day after I cancelled the first appointment because I mentioned some dissatisfaction with how the customer service rep handled my call when I tried to reach them at their 800 number. At my subsequent appointment, the technician was on time, professional, and performed quality work. At least three other people passing by questioned his work and one asked for a business card. I was very satisfied with the outcome and the responsiveness of the company as a whole. I would highly recommend them to others!

I scheduled an appointment online. They called to confirm. They talked me into letting them come to my home to do the work. I was happy that I didn't have to go in. The driver called the morning of to say he was going to be a bit late. No problem. He came, did the work. We are very happy. He was fast and efficient.

24 hour operator/scheduler was clear, helpful, and pleasant. I called Saturday night, got appointment for Monday. Repair crew called prior to appointment, arrived on time. Did the job, collected the payment, and left. About as painless as possible. Vacuumed up the glass shards, but could have been more thorough.

I received super customer service from Safelight! I was very impressed by their speed and quality. My windshield looks brand new. They have been in business for years and it really does show. They went the extra mile and met me at a department store parking lot.

MY APPT WAS FROM 9AM-12PM. AT 9:25AM, RECEIVED PHONE CALL FROM THE TECH TELLING ME HE WOULD DO HIS BEST TO BE HERE WITHIN THE WINDOW OF MY APPT - PROVIDED SEVERAL REASONS WHY HE MAY BE LATE. 12:15PM, I CALLED COMPANY TO FIND OUT STATUS - TALKED TO LOCAL OFFICE WHO INFORMED ME THAT MANAGEMENT WOULD BE RETURNING MY CALL DUE TO MY CONCERNS. 1:10PM, CALLED THE COMPANY AGAIN TO INQUIRE THE STATUS OF ARRIVAL - WAS LATER TRANSFERRED TO CUSTOMER COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT. FILED MY COMPLAINT OF NO RESPONSE FROM PREVIOUS CALL & TECH HAD NOT ARRIVED OR CALLED. FOUND COMPLAINT PROCESS TO BE A DEAD END WITH NO RESOLUTION FOR MY INCONVENIENCE. 2:10PM, CALLED AGAIN ON STATUS & INFORMED TECH HAD MOVED ON TO THE NEXT JOB DUE TO INABILITY TO SPEAK WITH ME. TECH CALLED WHILE I WAS TALKING ON A BUSINESS CALL. 2:15PM, SPOKE WITH TECH AND HAD TO PROVIDE DIRECTIONS TO MY LOCATION. 3:15 PM, TECHNICIAN ARRIVED AND INSTALLED WINDSHIELD. HE INFORMED ME HE NOTIFIED HIS BOSS THIS A.M. THE SCHEDULE WAS IMPOSSIBLE.

Went fairly well. I called them around 8:30 am and they said a tech would be there between 10 and 12. Around 11:35, I called and they said that tech needed to come back to shop to get my glass and he would arrive between 2 and 4. I wasn't very happy that I had to call them to get this info. Tech arrived at 3:15 and had glass replaced by 3:45- great job. In spite of hiccup earlier, they are highly professional and I would recommend them.

I called their number at 7:30 pm on a Thursday and set up an appointment for them to come to my house to fix the window the next day between 8 am and 12:00 pm. They told me exactly how much it would cost when I made the appointment. I gave them my cell phone number as a contact and so I was able to run errands before they got there and they called me when they were on the way. They did the job quickly and vacuumed up all the broken glass in my car and on the driveway. Less than 24 hours after the window was broken it was replaced and I was not inconvenienced.

A call to our auto insurance company about a rock hitting our windshield resulted in the insurance company transferring me to Safelight. Safelight scheduled a time to come to the house and repair the windshield - all without cost. The insurance company paid Safelight directly. Their representative showed up on time and did a fine job, no complaints.

Some confusion scheduling the work, but after that it was good. Technician called ahead, arrived on time, replaced the window, cleaned up.
