Great service! I made the appointment online and that was one of the best web sites I have seen for booking appointments. Rob came out and replaced the windshield. Very professional and did a great job. Would definitely use them again or refer to a friend. Very pleased with the service.

The windshield in the car had been broken for some time. When it came time to get it replaced I had already heard good things about them.

Work was done at Safelite location. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful -- she even helped me to get a better price than was originally quoted. She kept me informed of the progress of the work. The waiting area was pleasant. The work was completed on time and quality seems to be excellent!

The repairman was on time. The company priced match my lowest estimate. The work was completed very quickly and accurately. You cant tell it was not done at the factory. Looks great, no leaks, and gave me a lifetime warranty.

I had an excellent experience. The Safelight technician (Fred) went above and beyond in service and was completely professional. He called before he showed up at my door, explained the entire process to me,then fixed the chip in the windshield. Then he vacuumed my car and cleaned all the windows on my car.

They did a really good job. The charge was $288 including the tax and everything. They were very professional. They were very much on time. The guy they sent did a great job including even vacuuming the carpet and cleaning all the other windows. We really like him. Everything seems to be holding up fine. It did rain, and it wasn’t leaking or anything like that. It seems to be doing just great. Their price was good, but it wasn’t fabulous. We will use them again in the future.

Safelite took the time to send someone to look at the small cracks I had on my front windshield, and explained the advantages and disadvantages of repair versus replacement. I decided to replace, and Victor(installer) was very professional and knowledgeable. He pointed out how shortcuts are sometimes done to save money, and explained how his method would ensure that I received the highest quality in terms of installation. Safelite also stands behind their work with a guarantee. I was very pleased with the experience.

I had a bad rock chip in my windshield and called to get an estimate on repairing it based off reviews I read on Angie's List. The customer service rep was quite helpful and answered all my questions. I scheduled an appointment for the mobile service on the following Monday. The window for service was from 8-10 on Monday morning. The tech called because he was unable to reach me by the 10 am deadline, he said he could make it before noon. He showed up by 11:15 am and had the repair finished by noon. He was quite courteous and left my car spotless on the inside. Overall, a good experience, even if they were late!

The damage was not possible to fix, the scratch is in the middle of my sight. The technician told me that is not possible to fix and have a satisfactory result, because the repair can cause glass distortion and that can be worst (bad luck, that's all). He was very kind and professional I really appreciate his honesty.

They did a good job. However, first time they came, they had a glass that was different from my Lexus. They took down the VIN number and came back on Monday to do the job. No gouging and were upfront about the price. They reused by rain sensor instead of pushing their on me. All is all good experience.

I was given a very wide window for the technician to arrive at my house. He did call the day of the appointment and let me know when he expected to be there, and he arrived roughly at that time. The replacement went fine. He cleaned up the car well. My only complaint is that there is a small "wave" visible in the glass that was installed.

They thoroughly cleaned the inside of the car and I wasn’t expecting that. They were very courteous and nice. I would recommend them highly because they provided service right away. I paid them around $265. If need be, then I would use their services in the future too.

The back window of my sons car was smashed during a highschool baseball game. I called several different places, many from Angies list, for estimates. Safelite was the least expensive even before the 20% discount coupon from Angies. I had the choice to come to them or for them to come to me, which is the option I chose. They had the back window in stock, and came out to my house the very next day. They emailed me the estimate which was very detailed immediately after we spoke as well as an appointment time. The estimate included details about the rear window which was included in the price, ie blue tooth. They arrived on time, it took the repairman about 1 hour, and before they left, they had removed all the residual glass chips from the inside of the car and trunk and left the area spotless.
