Our furnace stopped working as SOON as temperatures dropped just below freezing so I submitted a request online Sunday night hoping, at best, to be contacted the next day for an afternoon appointment. However, my phone rang almost immediately after submitting my online request. It was someone from this company calling to say that, not only could the company send someone sooner than I'd asked, but that they were also running a special in my area. We didn't have to go find firewood! Thanks for saving the day, guys!

The technician arrived within an hour of my first call which was great. He was professional and took care of cleaning my system and adding Freon on the spot. Very satisfied and would highly recommend them.

A condensate drain was leaking. Service call one consisted of clearing the line with CO2. Leak continued. Service call two consisted of installing a new condensate line. Leak moved to new line not properly installed. Service call three was correcting installation errors with new drain. No leaks so far. I would prefer a company that does the job right the first time.

Easily and quickly diagnosed the problem and fairly negotiated a reasonable price for the repair.
