The owner was on time to the job, professional throughout, and made sure the finished product was quality. Labor cost was reasonable, and he cleaned up everything. He beats almost any cost for this kind of underdecking work. Other places will rip you off, but he was up front and honest and got his estimate back to me quickly. Go with Phil!
