Poorly. The install was done on an hourly basis with an expected 4 hours required. Took double that because the system needed many joints retightened because of so many leaks in initial system, further, the pipe used (3/4"PEX) now has so many small elbows and couplings (PEX couplings fit inside the pipe and restrict flow because of their reduced Inside Diameter). I now have a watertight system but cannot use 2 sinks or a sink and a toilet flush simultaneously because of the low flow through the system. Worst of all, the output pipe from the system to the main house line is hanging in midair in the middle of the room and gets bumped every time I need to get near the system (to add softener salt) Tried emailing the firm with pictures and was completely ignored on multiple occasions. Finally had to resort to calling and yelling to get someones attention. Their response? Basically "Tough Luck". I'll NEVER use or recommend them again after this fiasco. I've now had to hire a competitor to come clean up the mess Sweetmans left me with.

"Mr. [Member Name Removed], We have done work for you for many years. You have never complained about any of our work. You called and asked for a specific technician. We sent him out per your request. You was on the job site the entire time, paid the bill, and you never once complained about the work. Two weeks after the work was done you called the office after hours and spoke to the answering service. You left 3 messages which we have copies of, where you are screaming not yelling but screaming and cussing at the operators. It was to the point that the answering service called to get permission to block your number. The owner called you immediately to address the situation. You stated the system worked correctly, but then said it didn't. The work was done to code. We even advised you to get an inspector if you thought the work was done incorrectly. If there is a problem with our work it is warrantied for 1 year. We advised you that we would send a technician back out but you could not continue to threaten our employees. You stated you would do whatever you wanted to do. So on that note we can not send a technician back due to your actions. We would advise no other trades to work with you in the future."

Went well. Took longer to get here then we anticipated, however, he was very thorough and very polite! Even created us an "extra" emergency cut off valve outside from under the house to where cutting off the water would be much easier in the future. Very polite and thorough! Great job!

My house was built in 1995. There are poured foundation walls for the house and the porch, with the service line running through both. This required cutting the concrete porch floor, and then digging out the fill dirt to get to the line. The owner and his son met me the same afternoon I called them, and the son (Chris) began work that day. Work progress was delayed due to some very rare rainfall (North Georgia is in a drought). We had enough rain to fill the ditch and hinder the job. Overall, Chris spent 14 hours on the job, repaired the water line, filled the ditch, and replaced the sod I had cut and removed to get to the line.
