We woke up and discovered we had no hot water. Went to the basement and found the water heater had sprung a leak. We went on Angi to inquire about getting it replaced as soon as possible. Shane, from Paramount, called within 30 minutes and also texted. We chatted and he gave me a price for replacing the 40 gallon water heater with a 50 gallon one. We agreed on the price and within two hours he had replaced the broken water heater with a new one. Much faster than we could have hoped for. After Shane completed the work he walked us through what work he did and walked us through all the key components of the new unit. Shane is very professional, dependable, and reasonably priced. We will definitely use him again when we have plumbing needs.

While the others offered to reduce their price after I informed them of my choice, this vendor provided their best price from the beginning. Vendor was on time and finished in the time he promised. I reviewed his work and it was very professional. He even replaced a couple parts that were not in the quote just to prevent possible issues in the future. I would use him again.

Replaced our old and rusty water heating in a messy work area in under 2 hours. Cleaned up as if he was never there. Provided us with a complete and concise explanation on the heater's features, how to use its features and how to drain it. He is now our exclusive plumber and shall service our 2 gas furnaces and air conditioning systems.
