Shane was very knowledgable and communicated very well! I would recommend paramount. They responded quickly and charged what I feel was a fair price.

I spoke to Shane on Sunday about a leaking hot water heater. He asked for some photos of the current heater and told us he could get a new heater and install it Monday. Shane arrived about 8:30 AM Monday installed the new heater, removed the old one and was done by 10AM. Very efficient obviously knew what he was doing. I am very satisfied.

Shane is a very professional craftsman! He explained all of his work, gave instructions on maintenance of the water heater, lighting the pilot, etc. very satisfied with his work!

Found Paramount through HomeAdvisor. When I called someone answered. Called back when promised. Emailed me a preliminary quote promptly. Showed up for preinstallation visit when scheduled. Completed job in a highly professional manner. Since I had to switch from a gas to an electric water heater (code changes) Paramount arranged for Hunt Electric to wire up the new water heater. Well done!

Shane did a great job. He arrived on time, installed my new water heater, and disposed of the old water heater. I would use them again.

Shane called me almost immediately after placing my request for a new water heater. He quoted me a fair price and scheduled service on Monday morning (request made on Saturday). He showed up on time and got the work done quickly. Shane went over details of the new unit after it was installed. I would definitely use this company again.

great work! Called me as soon as i submitted request to home advisor. He forgot wifi module at Home Depot ( picked up opened box) i went to HD to have WiFi module and set i up myself!
