Shane and his partner were very responsive to my request fitting me in the next day. They had to adjust because I gave them the wrong tank size and it was a unique install area in an attic. They were very understanding and professional. They made the adjustment and got the tank reaced the next day. They hauled away the old tank and left the house in good condition. I would not hesitate to hite them again.

After calling several plumbers yo replace water hearer one was a no show the other unequipped I called Paramount shanecame out that day measured the old heater and space for placement made appointment. For replacement next day arrived on time completed job efficiently. I WOULDN'T recommend anybody wasting time looking for a plumber save your time and call paramount first.

Shane came back out later that day when the water heater I had purchased from Home Depot and they had installed was not working correctly. They returned the next morning found the problem and were able to correct it.

Impressive and Appreciated. Paramount does business how it's supposed to be done - honest, fair, fast, and friendly. Shane got me on the calendar immediately for next day service to fit MY schedule. He and Jason showed up right on time to replace an aged and failing water heater system and knocked out the job in little more than an hour where competitors estimated six. Service was completed with a thorough walk-through of the install add operating procedures. I'm certainly not looking forward to another plumbing issue, but I DO look forward to working with Paramount Plumbing when it happens.
