Shane listened, asked a couple of questions, then suggested a superior alternative at a lower price. The job and was scheduled and completed that same afternoon for the exact price quoted over the phone. Shane and his assistant were prompt, courteous and professional throughout the process. When the work was completed Shane took the time to review me everything that was done. I can not recommend Paramount highly enough, I would definitely use again!

Sean was awesome! He was very professional, straight forward and kind. He called within minutes of me requesting quotes on Saturday and was out at 9:00am Monday morning to replace the water heater. He was finished by 10:30 and everything was cleaned up. The price was very reasonable and he explained everything he had done. Overall this was the best experience I have had for home repairs. Shane was professional and very easy to work with, he called ahead and arrived at the scheduled appointment time. Before beginning the work he reviewed my work order, and gave me an estimate on how long the job would take. When i asked if he could replace the PRV he was able to replace this as well at an extremely fair price. With the water heater installed he took his time to explain how to operate the new water heater and did a final check of all the new piping to ensure no water was leaking. I would definitely use Paramount again for any future plumbing work.
