Originally I was working with a home warranty company that contracted with a third party to repair a water heater. That was 8/25/2020. Understand I was paying $50.00 a month and a $100 deductible for a claim. Had I continued to wait for their service I still would be without hot water and today is 9/2/2020. I called Shane directly at 6 am EST on 9/1/2020 and he was at my house a little bit after 2 pm that same afternoon. By 4 pm I had running hot water. In short, Shane will have all of my future plumbing needs moving forward. As for the home warranty service, I will save my $50.00 a month and shared with the third party contractor what real customer service is like. My family and I thank you for being a rock star.

They were fast

Shane replaced my old water tank heater and water pressure regulator. He was professional and took time to answer all of my question. He gave me a quote that was reasonable, unlike other plumbing companies. I will definitely call him again for future plumbing issues that I will have.

A prior poor rating was strictly due to poor attention to the detail on my part. The hot water heater install went very well, timely, and on a holiday weekend. We will plan on using this company for our next plumbing issue.
