Paramount arrived earlier than was promised. They were self-initiated and accomplished, what turned out to be an excellent job, in a very quick period of time. If you had six stars available, I would give it to them.

I contacted Shane on a Wednesday and he came out on Friday to replace an old water heater and install a new one. He was professional and completed the job in a timely manner. He is highly recommended. I will call him for all of my plumbing needs in my home.

Called them up Friday afternoon and sent him a picture and he arrived Saturday morning and was done by noon and showed you how to work everything

The install was done timely. There were 2 things that I was not happy with I requested and AO Smith Brand they installed a Rheem instead of the item requested. Also shows up around 8 AM I requested an afternoon appt. so I could be present. Had to leave for Drs appt. I would have caught the fact they were going to install a Rheem. Was disappointed in the results. They did offer to take it out and install an AO Smith. I was just disappointed in their reason for mistake. Had high hopes I had found a good Plummer. Did not want to go thru another install and disrupt my day. So I let the mistake go. But would think twice about using them again.

Was able to come earlier then scheduled appointment which worked better for my schedule. Friendly and did a thorough job.
