I had a water heater and a few valves replaced. I had great communication with Shane before and during installation. Shane answered all my questions, gave me an estimate over the phone as well as an estimate of timing. On the day of installation, he called when he was on his way, which was at the time of his original estimate. He came and did the work, explained the work he did as well as recommended maintenance. When it came time to pay, he asked for the same amount as his original estimate. I would definitely hire Paramount again for any future plumbing needs.
