The crew showed up early and worked quickly and professionally until the job was done. An excellent job overall.

I had a 15 year old orange tree that succumb to citrus greening and was growing very bitter oranges. Setting up a time for the job to be done was kind of difficult, but they were very good in keeping me informed. Did a nice job, clean was good. I am just sad to see my orange tree gone.

Chris and his crew did a great job. They were neat and efficient ....would definitely hire again!

AK tree service trimmed the tree limbs for all trees on the property. They provided instructions to healthy cuts and upkeep for future pruning. They also included trimming the large leaf plants close to the house to cut away from the structure. They were extremely thorough and the palms look great. I didn't realize how much they needed pruning until Chris had trimmed them. Great service!

Chris did a great job at a reasonable price. Everything was completed to my satisfaction and the crew cleaned up everything nicely. There was a little confusion on when he was coming out, hence why I knocked him down a point on punctuality, but it wouldn't keep me from calling him again. Great guy.

Chris was very knowledgeable in caring for my very old beautiful oak trees.he arrived as scheduled and completed the job in one day. I would recommend him to anyone wishing for maintain their property.

Chris and his team got everything done in a clean, punctual and timely manner, according to what we had agreed in the estimate. This was the first time we have hired a tree service company. We chose three companies based on their reviews from AL. We selected AK Tree based on good communication from the office, we then met Chris when he came out to do teh estimate - he is very straightforward, and then the price was excellent too. A good choice - we would use them again.

Chris was extremely responsive! I called him early Saturday morning after a large limb had broken off and was hanging above my garage. He showed up on time a few hours later and explained everything in detail. His crew did a great job. I was most impressed with how clean everything was after they left!

Everything went well. All work that I requested was completed and cleaned up with not a trace of leaf or branch left behind. I will recommend this company to my friends and neighbors.

His set up and crew were professional and safe in every aspect. Good safety equipment, careful cutting so the roof was not damaged, and great cleanup and removal of the debris. Great Job and you bet your a*** I'd use them again!

Chris promptly returned my initial call for an estimate, scheduled a time to come out and see the job, discussed what they would do, we agreed on a price and I was given a suggested start date. I called to check with him closer to the start date and was advised that they had a delay, which would move the start date further out. Not a problem on my part, as I was not particularly in a hurry at the time. I called about a week or so later and asked if they would be able to do the job on a particular day as I would be available and he agreed. They were on time, got right to work, did the job without incident, checked with me to see if trimming certain branches was what I wanted - it was! Cleaned up everything. They were respectful of the landscape, polite, and hardworking.

Very well. This is the third or fourth time I have used this company. Chris returned my call promptly and provided an estimate the next day. I had the service performed, which was done on the day/time promised. All debris was cleaned up and hauled away.

There were a few communication miscues early on, but we eventually scheduled for Wednesday and Friday. When the job was not at the desired place at the end of Wednesday, Chris requested to come back on Thursday afternoon and I was fine with that. They did not show up at all on Thursday and did not call. I would attribute these issues to possible over scheduling on Chris's part. Each of the companies I called for estimates seemed to be quite busy. Other than the communication issues, I am happy with Chris and his team. They were personable and worked very hard. There were a few specific areas I requested to be addressed, where branches leaned over neighboring property, and Chris and the guys took care of those as well as pointing out some that I had not noticed. They did a very good job cleaning up. I would recommend Chris and his team.

AWFUL......He went to the incorrect house even through I gave him the address of the property and said it was the corner house. He gave me an estimate for the wrong house, even told me I was getting a new roof. I had to get off the phone quickly to call our management comtpany to ensure that our renters had not ordered a new roof. Then instead of sending me the estimate he sents it to our management company, guess the didnt know who is customer was or who would be paying him. He was not asked my our management company for the estimate why would he provide that imformation to them. He went back our to the correct house a couple days later, then gave me a higher estimate. I would not call this company again!

It went well. The owner was obviously very knowledgeable and made suggestions regarding future considerations for our yard as well. Everything was cleaned up when they were done. Due to the weather the lead time was about 2 weeks out which was fine with us. This was explained in advance. Good job. Good price.

Chris was very professional. I left a message and he returned my call within 2 hours. He came out to the house to look at the project and emailed an estimate. (He did give a discount for Angies List) The project required climbing to take down the trees because there was no acccess for a truck and I didn't want any lawn damage. He brought his entire crew out here and the work was done in eight hours (including any cleanup). I wasn't home while the work was done so he came by the next day to walk the property and go over what was done. What a pleasant experience I would highly recommend him and will hire him again for trimming any other trees in my yard.

Very professional and hard working. Removed huge tree and ground the stump in 2 days. Cleaned up completely. Chris was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Chris and crew did a great job. They arrived on time and got right to work in the sweltering heat. The main reason they came was to remove 2 queen palms whose roots were growing into our pool. They also removed and/or pruned a bunch of other stuff on the property that had been neglected for a long time. Good work, great price and value! Will definitely call them again.

His men are clean and neat. They are careful and safe. They cleaned up everything. They are excellent. We are happy to have them. We have used them before. They don't give have excuses. I would give them A+ for everything if I could.
