Chris came and gave me an estimate. When I called to make an appointment, they arrived the next day, after calling with arrival time.Prompt, courteous, professional and they did a wonderful job. I would recommend their work to anyone.

Work went well and they cleaned up everything. We were very pleased with the work performed.

I called Chris for an estimate. He came out the next day and gave me a bid, which I accepted, and an approximate date to do the work,. He said he'd call to confirm that. Unfortunately, the day before the date, he called to postpone. He did show up on time for the next date, and he and his crew worked full-tilt all day. The tree looks wonderful, and the clean-up was impeccable. The only reason he doesn't get straight A's, in addition to the last-minute date change, is that I had to asked hims twice for three different pieces of documentation. But I couldn't be happier with the quality of the actual work.

Chris stayed on site the entire day to ensure every limb was cut and pruned precisely to give me more than proper clearance from my home as well as maintaining a balanced shape of my trees. The entire crew demonstrated unsurpassed attention to detail in ensuring the yard was left in pristine condition. They even went the extra mile and removed an old stump from the middle of my yard. The job they did exceeded my expectations not only did they do everything I ask of them to do they went beyond that. I've never used a tree company that was so thorough and clean, they clean the branches that they cut and they picked up every bit of branches and shrub that was left from weather and branches that died and was on the ground.They cleaned my yard spotless and it was a mess. Chris is a very turstworthy man,he is a true professional. The job was done in one day.I am amazed.

I called Chris to remove a palm tree that had lost its entire crown. Chris returned my call promptly and came to assess the situation at the scheduled time. At first, Chris suggested cutting the tree down to the base and then allowing the stump to die without him removing and chipping it to save me money. But then Chris noticed some tiny buds on the trunk of the palm that I hadn't even seen. He indicated that the palm was actually still alive but had suffered frost damage at some point and would come back. He suggested that he cut the top of the trunk down to the healthy part and wait for the tree to grow a new crown. I was thrilled that we could salvage the palm! Chris then cut off the unhealthy part and charged me NOTHING. He clearly cares about trees and does not "create" work for himself...he is honest and responsible, and I will use him again when I need an arborist. Thank you, Chris!

The job was more of alandscaping job and not something that AK Tree Service performs. Chris was great in helping us find someone to do the work I needed. Very professional and helpful!

He was very professional and his employee's very friendly. He was on time for estimate appointment the same day I called, and was able to start and complete the work a day sooner then original date set in our estimate meeting. A year ago another palm with this disease (30 feet) fell, so we were grateful that the AK Tree Service came right away to treat the tree., as we were about to have 80 people at our garden party!

Mr. Akonom and crew trimmed large oak trees and other smaller trees in front and back yards. The price was very reasonable and the work done was excellent. Mr. Akomon took great care in making sure that all trees were trimmed within Florida law and that the trimming would not harm the trees.

Chris Akonom promptly returned my call, arrived on time to do the work, provided good information, performed the work to my expectations and cleaned up the worksite when finished. I asked for and he provided me his slow season (December & January), where he would offer preferred pricing. I intend to have him perform annual maintenance during this period moving forward.

Tree removal went smooth - no damage whatsoever - cleaned up and put everything back as it was. What can I say about Chris @AK Tree Service that everyone else has not already said. He is a funny guy but serious when it comes to safety and knows a lot about trees. He makes you feel like he has known you forever. He takes care of your property like it's his own. He brought a helper with him (who I apologize I can't remember his name) but he was also very professional and respectful. I would definitely use them both again

I called AK Tree Service for a quote to remove a small oak tree from my front yard. I received a call back from Chris within an hour & he offered to come by immediately for an estimate since he was in the area. After giving an estimate of $85, Chris offered to remove the tree the same day because he was doing another job in the area. I agreed & by the time I came home from work the tree was gone with all debris cleaned up & removed. He also set me up with Randy's Stump Removal service for the following week. I would highly recommend his services & as a matter of fact I referred my own family to him because I was so pleased with his work. Thanks Chris!

A great job! He walked us through the process from contacting the proper individuals to obtain a permit to educating me about tree fungus and parasites to using earth friendly products. Everyone was courteous (and did not leave any cigarette butts laying around-thank you!), well trained and professional. I will tell you that Chris and his guys are all about being safe. No fooling around permitted while on the job. Safety first! While other companies may just do the job and go, Chris and his team went above and beyond making sure that the other trees around the house were OK. Clean up was great and he even left some wood behind in a nice pile for me to use in my chimenea! I will definitely contact this company again when the need arises! Thanks for a job well done!

I spoke with Chris and had him come out to give me an estimate and fully expected a high price for all the work I needed. He was able to give me very fair pricing and we scheduled an time for the following Friday. Chris ended up having several problems that day between his truck breaking down and his phone being misplaced but he eventually got to the house and started working. He realized he was not able to finish the job in one day and let me know so we could schedule another day. He cleaned up his work from that day and left. The second day he showed up and finished the work even though I ended up having to leave for the day. He did not ask for payment until he was completely finished was willing to wait for me to come back to pay him. Overall he and his crew were very nice and efficient even though there were a few hiccups.

He showed up when he was supposed to. He did a terrific job trimming the trees. He took his time and was very thorough in both the trimming and clean up. The ground around the trees look like he was never there. The trees look better than they ever have. This guy loves trees and the quality of his work shows it. I highly highly recommend.

This is a delayed report. It was Memorial Day or the day after. There was a mix-up in scheduling because of the holiday. The day was overcast; he came with one assistant. Set-up was slow, but Mr. Akoman knows what he's doing. Work done was excellent. Clean-up was thorough. Price was excellent. He's a down-to-earth salty guy.

I gave a B for punctuality only because Chris was ill the first time they were to come and the time he did come his main man had to go to a funeral which left Chris with a helper. However, despite all this he never failed to CALL. I can put up with anything so long as I am called. Failure to call is the worst offense for me. Now for the good stuff. I was so impressed with their work ethic. When they came they never stopped till days end. Their clean up was impeccable. Every thing was picked and the area blown clear. They also took great care to do the minimum damage to surrounding plants (and I have a lot). We have had many tree companies over the years and AK did by far the least damage. Usually I have to spend hours in cleanup and repair. They did a lot of work for the price and even gave us a discount as a list member.

He came out on Labor Day. He gave us an estirmate for a fallen tree. He gave us some advice on another problem tree. We appreciated it.
