Greg Wilkinson met me at the house and talked to me about the purpose of the appraisal and explained he would give ma a realistic appraisal, not some pie in the sky number that wasn't feasible. He called me when the appraisal was ready and told me what he had determined and why. He compared the house I had for sale to others in the neighborhood and told me mine would not bring quite as much because the bathrooms had not been renovated. He also gave me information about how much over the appraised price I should ask and how much below the asking price I should expect to get. He was friendly, professional and easy to deal with in every respect. I would recommend him to anyone.

Greg did a thorough assessment, and spent a fair amount of time talking with me not only about the home's value, but also providing some very helpful tips for dealing with the county and structuring our appeal. Their report was thorough, they were efficient without being rushed, their price was fair, and they were courteous and genuine in their interactions, as opposed to the phony sales personna we see all too much of.
