Safe House

I had a very good experience with Safe House. The guy came out game me his suggestions, did not try to push unnecessary services on me, and did an excellent job cleaning my system. I kept his card and will definitely use him again next year. Only problem I had was the price, it was a little pricey, but only because I chose the added extra sanitize procedure. But overall definitely have these guys clean your system....#worthit =)

I was not happy with the service work performed. I feel the attempt was inferior to the Quality expected. He hooked up a vacuum line to the furnace in the hallway but failed to remove any vent covers in any of the rooms of my condo. He used a paint brush to dust each vent and shown a flashlight into the vents as if expecting to see more. When I asked him if he was going to remove the vent covers he said it was not necessary, that the vacuum was very powerful and would draw any dust from all of the vents in the adjoining rooms to the master furnace unit in the hallway entrance. I felt like I had just been film-flamed. I will not use this vendor again and I would not recommend them either.

The technician arrived on time. He worked efficiently but it was a rainy day, no fault of his; i had streaks of dirt on the walls. I will still recommend him.

The technicians arrived on time, and got to work very quickly. They explained the problem with my dryer vent and showed me exactly what they would be doing. It did take longer than expected, but they did the job right. I would definitely hire Safe House again!

Ibrahim did an excellent job on cleaning my dryer vent. He has a nice personality. He was very courteous and respectful. Since he was already here, he offered to checked the heating vents. I thought that was a nice touch since I only wanted the dryer vent cleaned.

Ibrahim showed up & spent the next 3 hours cleaning all of the vents in my large house. He also sprayed to dis-infect. The house is 42 years old & the vents had never been cleaned. I recommend this service. I also recommend Ibrahim.

Do not waste your time or money on these guys. They will not clean all of your unlimited vents. Total waste of time and money. Unprofessional appearance, and equipment.

They responded promptly with a price I thought was very fair, showed up on time, and got the job done right away! The only negative was that they tried to "upsell" us a very expensive antibacterial treatment and used minor scare techniques about illness..
