Safe House

I hired Safe House for duct cleaning. I thought the price was very high. Turns out it was even worse than I thought. All they did was hook up a vacuum cleaner to one end of the system - no brushing - no camera. I was annoyed when, during the middle of this overpriced service, I was asked about cleaning fungus from the ductwork for an even more absurd amount of money. (There was no fungus folks). When I asked about brushing the system, I was informed that that was a deep cleaning that would require even more money. This service was clearly just a subterfuge to get in the door so that they could attempt to sell even more overpriced services, while collecting a lot of money for very little return. I would steer clear of Safe House. I was left feeling like they were not honest brokers - you know - the kind who try to do as little as possible while collecting as much as possible, and when you want the job done to expectations you find out that everything is extra.

They did not get all the vents.so called vacuum machine not working well .taped together.when I did not go for extra work ,sanitizing, cleaning of a coils ,which they knocked dirt onto by brushing intake vent .they tried to vacuum filter ,had to replace.when told no more extra work .they packed up .I could of taped more hose to my wet vac like they did and did it myself .not pleased

This was outstanding work. The ducts, dryer vent and furnace were cleaned perfectly, quickly and with no mess. I was kept informed as they were working. They were very professional and polite.

They ended up charging me more for dryer vent cleaning that was supposed to be included as well as connector box cleaning which I didnt know wasnt included

The workers were polite and efficient once on site, but somewhere in the scheduling, they had not been told of the time restrictions for the condominium, arriving after the allotted 3 hour window and, therefore, working past the condo limit. Overall, their work is excellent and I will use them again.

They say they cleared my dryer vent but my clothes are still not drying and it is a new dryer with a working heating element. I have tried to get in touch with them but they will not call back

Overall the service was ok, I called and spoke with guy named David whom I explained why I needed my duct work cleaned. I expected the service technician to come out to be that guy since he was the one I spoke with and scheduled the appointment for. However when the guy showed up it wasn?t him, and the technician that did show had no clue to why we were having our vents/ducts cleaned... VERY FRUSTRATING to have to explain again.. that didn't really matter though once my husband did explain it the technician couldn?t answer any of my husbands questions as to if doing this would resolve our issues. So no not happy with that!!!!
