I don't know how you can clean the ducts very well using a shop vac and a drill with a brush on a flex cable and not doing the basement supply ducts "because they don't need it". The main ducts would be extra, of course.

Safe house was very professional in its approach to handling my issue. The tech Tom and Manager Ray were very responsive to my needs. We had a small hiccup in scheduling but it was solved almost immediately. I would recommend this company because of it’s outstanding service!

Great job on our clogged dryer vent. Professional and friendly. Our dryer is upstairs, and the technician had to go into the attic to disconnect the vent from the roof in order to clean the vent thoroughly and then had to reattach it to the roof. What a difference! We were amazed at how much better the dryer worked. We were pleased with the work and with the support from the office staff, as well. Thank you!

Well the customer service is exceptional. Our technician Leo was just great also. However I was unaware that a proper cleaning consists of a powerful van vacuum. Safe hose uses a wet/dry vac with brushes. Also there was nothing to catch the dust from the vents so I had a huge clean up job afterwards. I was also charged an additional 49.99 to do a deep cleaning of my furnace. Which I thought was clean. Afterwards it vibrated and shook my house floors so bad I couldn't think or sleep. My brother in law an HVAC technician took out the blower fan washed it in the backyard. It was filthy and a small field mouse was in it! So I was basically ripped off on that part.

I havent cleaned my dryer vent in 7 years after a basement renovation, so i knew it was time to hire a professional. Safe House came to my home and examined my vent resulting in them discovering the dryer was vented into the ceiling ! The contractor had installed an exterior vent cover that , when removed was blocked by wood and clearly not connected to any venting. I believe these men probably saved us from a tragedy if they hadnt completely examined the vent. They only asked me to pay what i thought was fair, and called to follow up with my attempt to have the original contractor remedy the issue. (They're not returning my calls) Great Company!

I had 2 properties cleaned. In both the properties the guy indicated that there was mold in the air ducts and for an additional $300 some dollars he could have it all cleaned. Unfortunately one of the properties is the one that I rent out. When told about the mold by the **safe house** guy, the tenants got worried. I had to hire a professional to do a mold test of the house (and these tests are very expensive). All results came back negative. It is very unfortunate that these safe house guys tries to scare customers into buying services that are not needed. Please stay away from their gimmicks!

Had an appointment between 9-12, and nobody called. Contractor arrived at 12:30. Guy cleaned up everything. Moved the dryer & washer. Installed new flexible vent. Had to go in basement and back deck.
