They called me back quickly and had a someone at my house the same day.

The Tech arrived when they said they would, was courteous and professional. Unfortunately, after testing the airflow, he told me it was not the vent, but an issue with the dryer. They did not charge me, which I appreciate, and told me to call a service tech for the dryer. So, I scheduled a service call, only to be told (and physically shown) by the tech that it was not the dryer, but a clogged vent. So, now I am out $75 for a needless service call and still have to pay to get my vents cleaned.

Tom did a great job deep cleaning my ducts and furnace! Arrived on time (11:00am) and was done by (1:00pm). I would recommend Tom to all that ask.

The tech came on time. Gave me 30 minutes notice before arrival as requested. They cleaned my dryer vent efficiently and my clothes are now drying as they should. Price quoted was the amount charged. Only complaint....After blowing out the dryer vent, the lint was all over my outside bushes. The tech had no equipment to vacuum it up. He did blow the lint away after I requested a cleanup but it seems to me that if you are going to blow out a dryer vent, you should have equipment to vacuum up the resulting pile of lint. Otherwise, very pleased.

We had our air ducts fully cleaned, dryer vent fully cleaned, and sanitizing services. They were able to come out same day! Tom, the technician, was fantastic; he was friendly and professional, very thorough and fast, and went out of his way to explain what he was doing and to show before and after. We could not be happier with the service.

I did not expect to pay an extra fifty dollars for an added service that took about two minutes and I felt should have been included.

The service was fine but I felt the technician lack professional mannerism.

I had someone come to clean the dryer vent. Tom was on time and professional. However, he did the bare minimum for the agreed-upon cost (telling me my vent was already clean) and then tried to up-sell me again and again with other products. He even said there was an additional cost to clean the lint trap in the dryer. I declined all up-selling and will not be using their services again.

They came to my house on time and gave me a detailed overview of what they were doing. I wish they would've worn booties on my carpet. However, they cleaned those air ducts very thoroughly as well as the fan and other parts. House smelled fresh and clean afterwards.

They estimated $200 for basic service over the phone. Tried to up-sell me to full service of $950. I was upset by the huge difference from what they estimated and what they tried to sell me. The service was good. I just think I should have paid a little less.

The cost is very high. But we agreed to pay since they assured us they would do a first class job, which they did not. It was a bit of a mess when he left. After contacting their customer service, they did try to rectify the issue.

Tom did a fantastic job. He was polite and he was patient and explained how the system works. He was very responsive. He was here the same week to fixed the problem as he did the estimate.

David was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to arrive ahead of schedule and took good care of us.

I had Safe house to clean the vents. When they cleaned the dryer vent they used a brush that's screwed on to handle. A year later when the clothes are not getting dried after three cycles I called someone else to check it out. the brush part was in the vent and it had clogged the airflow in the dryer to the outside. You can imagine my dismay as I pictured the employee pulling out the handle without the brush and not giving a rats @ about going after it and without even telling anybody. I contacted him and asked for my money back, send them the invoice and the picture of the brush but haven't heard anything back from them except they were checking into it which was three weeks ago.

Very good company. Arrived on time and did a very good job.

The technician was prompt, worked right away on cleaning the dryer vent, and explained how I can keep the outer grate clean to reduce build up. I appreciate his professionalism.

Solomon came to clean our system and he did a fantastic job of it. Our house smells so much better and he even recommended a better filter for the system to help keep it cleaner in the future.
