My Dryer wasnâ t Drying at all I was about to get a new one, until my co-worker had told me it couldâ ve been the vent may have been clogged.So I searched for a vent cleaning company and found Safe House. Let me just say these guys are amazing! Over the phone they were able to pinpoint what the issue was and exactly what needed to be done. We set up and appointment that very same day and they sent out one of their techs. Tony was very Nice and unclogged my Dryer vent in a matter of minutes! Thank you again Tony!

I hired safe house for air duct installation in my house. They arrived in right scheduled time and provided fast and clean installation for low price! They did all work within 2 hours! Well done!

I gave 2 stars only because they came in and did the job they were supposed to do, vacuum the vents. Tom or Tod opened the furnace and told me it needed a deep clean that would cost $100. Below the furnace lay a pile of dust I asked him to vacuum it which would have taken 3 seconds he asked for $100. I said no and I cleaned it myself. If I were to rate the technicians' customer service I give 1 star. These businesses require good customer service I did not get any.

Very professional work, clearly explained the options and was courteous. Pricing on par with market rates.

On time and was able to answer all of questions. If they see mold they’ll tell you before treating so you don’t have a surprise bill at the end.

Their Technician, Tom, arrived as scheduled and spent over an hour in order to do a through job of making sure the entire length of the vent leading from my dryer was squeeky clean. Having had the vent cleaned several times in the past this is the first time that I have a sense of security knowing that the job was done well. Thank you Safe Home I will absolutely use your company and Tom everytime.

Hired them for duct cleaning. They had to go to the basement where there is white carpet and did not take their shoes off or wore protective soles because nobody asked them to (I thought this was standard service). They had offered to include cleaning of dryer ducts but once there they mentioned that these were too long and only cleaned one small area (there was no mention of limit to the length). Team was rushed and mostly tried to push additional necessary treatments.

Not very good they tried to charge me 4X extra for the service. Paid 182 for bad 20 minutes of work.

They delayed a day then came late but did a good job when they got here. Selling extra services over what was booked made it more expensive than estimated.

Price was misleading.
