They did nothing. Got on my roof, took off a screen and that was it. Did not vacuum out the dryer vent...they did not even touch it. For 90 bucks it was a ripoff.

Definitely one of the best Duct Cleaning services in the area. Prices range depending on the kind of service you choose and more importantly necessary in order to keep your system clean and up to date. Take care of your central heating and cooling around the summer or winter times when you absolutely need it. My vents now bring in freshly filtered air consistently and all the rooms are on an even scale.

I went online and got a groupon for unlimited supply vent cleaning... techs came in and took care of it. He recommended that I clean the returns next time around and after opening them heâ s probably right. The filter was very dirty and clogged up so I plan on scheduling another appt very soon. Nice fellow and was more than happy to help

The whole team was pleasant and I had a great experience being a first time air duct cleaning customer. I was a little surprised that it was pricey but thatâ s completely to be expected since this was a complete mold remediation that was required. I had not cleaned out the ducts in well over a decade and a half living here but I didnâ t realize the build up that was accumulating inside, judging by a lot of reviews I am not alone in this which makes me feel somewhat better Haha. Anyway Iâ m glad that my air duct system is restored back to its original state

My pets are always shedding and peeing in my floor vents so I needed a full deep cleaning with sanitizing brushing and deodorizer; basically no stone unturned so to speak. The techs worked both diligently and quickly while being efficient simultaneously. The stink emanating throughout the house is gone so Iâ m very relieved.

Able to schedule for services within 48 hours and on the weekend. I originally scheduled a Sears â professionalâ who failed to show as scheduled (waited 6 hours). Rescheduled Sears and the tech refused to do the work. I HIGHLY recommend Safe House. Their service and price were awesome.

The work was great, one unit, 10 vents and was quoted $169 then was told $900 due to mold. They did a great job. Just wasn’t expected the high price

Sunday, March 15, 2020, Safe House dryer vent cleaning service came to my house and they were HORRIBLE! *The tech pulled his van into my driveway. I told the tech that I normally do not allow people to park their vehicle in my driveway. He looked at me all strange. I told him since he has his tools, he does not have to move his vehicle. *Tech pulled my dryer from the wall and left it there, even when the job was completed. *Tech cleaned the outside of the vent. There were lots of lint balls that fell to the ground. The Tech did not clean up the lint balls. After the Tech left, I cleaned of the lint balls. SMH *Tech never cleaned any parts of the dryer from the inside. *I had my master bedroom door closed for a reason. The Tech was getting ready to open the door and enter without permission. I said to the Tech, hold up a minute. WOW *Tech was trying to sell me a dryer vent cover for $69.99. I told the Tech that was too much but I am willing to pay $40 for the cover. The Tech said no because I will not see a profit. The Tech said final offer of $49.99. I told him, NO. I told the Tech that I can get that cover from Home Depot at a cheaper price and I did for $10.80. *I contacted Safe House Office on Sunday, March 15, 2020 and Danit was very pleasant and profession. She asked me to put everything in writing and to send pictures of the lint balls that were left in my yard. *Wednesday, March 18, 2020, no one from Safe House management team has yet to contact me. I called them today and the gentleman said no managers is in the office and Danit is not working today. *March 18, 2020, I check to see if the $125 check was cashed and it was without my signature on the check. Now can you believe that I check for that amount was cashed without the customerâ s signature? *March 18, 2020, I filed a report with HomeAdvisor to alert them of how dissatisfied I am with Safe House. UNBELIEVABLE! *YELP will be hearing about Safe House bad service! NEVER AGAIN!

Both my Air Ducts and Dryer Vent needed a good cleaning so I got safe house to come out and help me out. Service was easy and not very time consuming so itâ s not a bad idea to get the cleaning done regularly...in fact I encourage it to avoid future headaches

These guys were professional and driven. I explained to them that we'd just removed asbestos attic insulation and that our living area had been contaminated after a lighting installation. Someone from called and had their tech call back right away. They showed up what seemed like immediately and cleaned out all the duct work. We'd purchased the house 4 months ago and A LOT of dirt came out along with any contaminant. They were personable and professional. I am pleased to be breathing clean air.

The work done by the technician, Daniel, was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. The only thing that inhibits me from leaving a 5 start review was the call from the person that originally reached after putting in a request to be contacted with quotes. The support/sales/scheduling person on the phone said the service would be $189 for unlimited vents and then $249 with the addition of a dryer vent. I asked the guy if there were going to be any additional add ons or up sells that I might be interested in, and he said no... of course, there was and the $249 was for the basic yearly cleaning. I needed a deep clean because my ducts hadn’t been cleaned by the previous owner I years, and that costed a bit more. I just wish the guy up front would have been I honest when I asked the question and said something like, the basic price is $249, but your technician will asses the situation and you can decide where to go from there. They did make it out within 2 days of the original request which was exceptional! I’m excited for my allergies to hopefully go down.

On a scale of 1-10 Safe House deserves a 10+ From the agents on the phone who assist you with booking an appointment to the technicians, they all pay very close attention to your needs and really do the very best they can to rectify them. I am 100% pleased with this company. Keep up the excellent work safe House!

Safe House did an awesome job at our Home David the tech told us that apart from our Duct being clogged it had too many turns and twists which was one of the reasons why, he replaced it and made it straighter and shotter. Ever since our Dryer has been working way more efficiently. Thank you David!

My Dryer Vent was performing very poorly and a friend of mine told me about Safe House Services,so I gave it a shot and I think it was totally worth it. Tom the technician came and inspected and immediately discovered that my exhaust flap was jammed. He took care of the issue very swiftly. Safe House is a very dependable and reliable company.

I always use Safe House to get my Dryer Vent cleaned. I usually get them cleaned biennial as it is the correct thing to do, to prevent fire hazards etc., But hey Safe House is the way to go better safe than sorry! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of Dryer Vent Cleaning.
