The dryer is still clogged with lint. I saw the technician go to his truck and fill a trash bag with lint and then tell me it was from my dryer. Bad service

I initially found this company on Angie's list because I requested air ducts and Dryer Vent cleaning. This company immediately called me and was very professional, answered all my questions and also emailed me with all the information. Out of all the companies that was on the list this was the only one who called us quickly. Usually you don't choose the first company but the other companies just didn't lead up to their standards. Now on to the actual service. Avi came and was AMAZING! He was very polite and answered every question I had. He did an AMAZING job and my air vents and ducts have never looked better. I had my dryer vents done before and that service was lack luster compared to what Avi delivered. In conclusion use this company! You will be extremely satisfied!

Second time is a charm. Not as if I was dissatisfied with the first paid service. I just didn't expect to call them back so quickly. They were very polite. Gave great service. I'm quite happy with the price point that I was looking for. Way better than competitors (Michael & Son). I think if you are giving consideration for any type of HVAC or piping ventilation services. You'd best be sure to look these guys up. They have the quality service and best bang for the buck.

When I talked to the scheduler on the phone, she explained what the tech would be doing. He did not do the dryer vent nor any of the other vents except for the ones on the main floor. The tech tried to sell me a fake product to increase air quality. I called my usual HVAC company and he confirmed that the tech lied. I will never use them again.

Learn from my experience- do not use this company! I have never used this company before and I will never use them again. I reached out them to get an estimate for a air duct cleaning on my rental property. They responded very quickly and sent me a very good offer. However, the offer was $200. When they arrived they informed me and my tenant that I needed additional work that bill would be $893.00. I talked to Nick and told him to do the work. I am the home owner and when work was complete instead of contacting me for payment they demanded it from my tenant. When I contacted the company directly, the customer service rep said that the owner will contact the credit card company tomorrow. I asked to speak to the manager and she was conveniently on the phone and not able to discuss the matter with me. I wanted them to credit my tenant's card and charge mine. Seems like a easy transaction. I just had the invoice email to me and it was $1092. So, it went from a $200 to $1092. Very bad customer service - do not use this company!

My Dryer wasnâ t Drying at all I was about to get a new one, until my co-worker had told me it couldâ ve been the vent may have been clogged.So I searched for a vent cleaning company and found Safe House. Let me just say these guys are amazing! Over the phone they were able to pinpoint what the issue was and exactly what needed to be done. We set up and appointment that very same day and they sent out one of their techs. Tony was very Nice and unclogged my Dryer vent in a matter of minutes! Thank you again Tony!

Broke garbage disposal, used dish brush to clean vents, left mess

Clean air and Clean vents are an absolute MUST if you live or work in a place which supplies central cooling/heating. My office gets it done annually by Safe House so I decided to use them for my home. If youâ re looking for a reliable provider then Safehouse is a really great option.

I was less than thrilled to find out that I had mold in my system but thatâ s something not be played around with so we got safehouse to come out to perform the remediation. They did excellent work and killed and scrubbed out the mold and finished it with a thorough cleaning of any left over debris.

My father recommended this company to us. My wife and I have two kids (one of them has respiratory allergies) and we moved into our house about three years ago. As far as we know the air ducts were never cleaned so we wanted to take care of it asap. Iâ m more than happy to report I was very happy with the service.
