They are ok!

The tech experienced a problem with the machine and had to get a replacement, but everything returned out well.

There was one guy who did the work while the second person stayed in the car. At the end, I had to tell him that he missed 3 vents. The job was sloppy and looked like it was done in a hurry to leave. I did end up getting additional services for extra cost which was also done the same day and with the same average attention to detail.

Quoted prices over the phone are not lived up to when the technician arrives. It is a bait and switch operation.

Nothing special but showed up. Be aware they will likely show you dust inside your unit where the fan is and tell you about cleaning and ?sanitizing? it for (whatever they think they can add - I was quoted $399 while their own ad was for less). Meanwhile you can vacuum this part on your own in probably 10 mins and I confirmed the ?sanitizing? is a marketing word only. They don?t use anything you can?t buy at the store.

Steer Clear from Safe House. Customer service reps failed to provide any feedback due to compliant. Also, someone changed my ratings from 0.5 to 4.5. Safe House has went very low dealing with this situation.

Tal was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I have peace of mind now that my vents and HVAC are clean.

The technician did an incredible and thorough job. Great job. My only negative comment is that the company's timeframe for the service is too broad i.e. sometime between 9AM and the afternoon. General time vice a specific short timeframe results in the customer having to sit around waiting for the service vice doing other activities away from the house.

Excellent workmanship. The only thing I did not like is at the end of the billing process they were asking for a tip in increments of 10%, 15% and 25%. I felt obligated and selected 10% which amounted to a $65.00 tip. It is the first time I have ever had someone clean out my dryer vent and request a tip. You usually give a tip without being asked. Also, the service tech english was difficult to understand sometimes and sometimes he did not understand what I was asking him.

They were professional. Their flat rate price meant I didnâ t have to worry about being nickeled and dimed. Their price may have been a little higher, but there was no mess to clean up and they were in and out as promised

Had to reschedule 2 times. The tech that showed up was more salesman than a technician. Tried to sell me on the fear that we needed to spend double the amount. What he did not know is that we have a family of HVAC professionals who told us it was a falsehood. Our ducts were cleaned but that was it. Plus, when making out the check it was not made out to the company we chose on Home Advisor, but some individual.
