Safe House

Fist off we scheduled the appointment for 3:30-6 and they showed up at 1:50 while I was still at work. My wife just happened to be home. She doesnt like interacting with strangers and I was scheduling it knowing I wouldnt be home until 3 so that was annoying but at least they showed up. But the actual service was subpar compared to a past company I used at our other house. The previous company sent a line down each register these guys only did the return and said they vents were to old for a brush to be sent down. So maybe thats true but it was no problem for the other company. Also my new air filter was trashed in this process which I can see why but they shouldve told me ahead of time so Id have a fresh one ready or for the price I paid replace it themselves. So after all that I was annoyed but figured at least its better than before. THEN after they were already gone I walk into my kitchen and theres dirt all over the floor under my kitchen table that had been shot out of the register, Id attach a picture if theyd let me. So yeah they cleaned my vents ok, the workers were friendly but the quality of work sucks.

The technician checked my vents, took some pictures, and told me that the vents are clean. He did not charge me.

The cost was higher than what was quoted but the job itself was more involved than originally thought

Great promotion compared to other air duct cleaning companies by far, but like most companies weâ ve dealt with, theyâ ll try and eek extra costs out. Work was overall fine, but they missed cleaning a vent that was high up and left black soot smudges on our walls post cleaning. The smudges were a good ways away from the vent too... Maybe it was just the particular workman, but itâ s kinda reinforced that I need to babysit workmen in my home.

The technician was friendly and thorough. He wore his mask the whole time. This was the first time we had the ducts cleaned in decades and already the AC is working better than it has in years.

Not happy with them at all. He moved furniture and did not move back. Removed air vents and did not replace He told us he could not clean our ducts in the ceiling either. Charged me move for the dryer cleaning but did not tell me it was more money until I needed to pay him. I do not recommend them!

I ques I was picturing more of an automated clean up.

Very nice, but tried to upcharge and left a bit of a mess behind.

Looked like they were in a rush. I was expecting them to vacuum the vents. They pushed everything which is not how vents should be cleaned. Only returns were cleaned. Not happy with their work.

They responded immediately after I submitted my request. They had a next day appointment available which was great so I didn't have to wait a long time to get the work done. The tech showed up the next morning on time and completed the job timely and thoroughly. No complaints. Satisfied customer.

Bill started at $199 and ended up at $1157. Did find some mold. Felt this way way over priced. I am Grandma-fixed income trying to help Grandson with new baby and home purchase. Felt taken advantage of for sure. Main office was able to accommodate the service on short notice. Waiting for a written report and pictures., Gentleman who came was very polite and followed Covid 19 protocols. He arrived promptly, showed several before and after pictures during cleaning time (3+ hrs. ), and worked neatly. Reason for low scores was because of high cost.

They came in, dearth with a particularly blocker duct, and persevered.

The special rates didn't apply for some reason (this seems to be an industry standard) The rate went from $79 to $197 for some reason (I can't remember why). They compromised to $150, which I was happy with. Very quick, very efficient, very polite. Would use them again.

They kept in touch with me on their arrival time, fully explained their pricing before work was started, were very courteous and did a fine job.

I was quoted a price of $199, a special for this week.I asked does this include dryer vent, answer yes. When technician arrives first thing he tells me , he will clean vents and dryer vent. If it?s over 10 feet would be extra charge. First off no mention of this on phone, second I don?t know how long vent is . Now price when to $300 . I called to complain about not being told about this in first place and was told by a supervisor, that not a standard vent, that?s why it?s extra. Then he proceeds to tell me if I Google it I would see that. I told him I hired them to do the job and was quoted the price if$199 including vent cleaning. Will not hire them again and if you do get a quote what they will do and what over all charge would be. Not to mention trying to get me to upgrade to service price $400 before doing the vent.
