I had my air vents and dryer duct cleaned. The two technicians worked hard to clean my dryer vent. It is vented through my attic and out my roof. They took it apart to clean it and put it back together.

I hate surprises and pressure on optional services price negotiation right at the spot. The tension was high. Optional service became **mandatory**

The technician that came to our house was terrific. He did a great job and my dryer went from inoperable due to a complete vent clog at the roof level to fully functional. I thought the pricing was very fair.

The Technician was an independent contractor. It appears he did the job well. I think the service was overpriced.

Until my very unpleasant experience is resolved with this company I strongly suggest everyone use another company to come to there home

THE TECH HAD TO COME BACK BECAUSE THE VENT DETACHED FROM THE WALL IN THE GARAGE FROM ALL THE VACCUUMING. HE BAME BACK 1 DAY LATER TO FIX IT.

I guess they performed the service for which I hired them - cleaning the ducts of drywall and natural dust - as well as expected. Based on the small amount of dust captured by the furnace filter, I probably did not need the service. As other reviewers have reported, they tried to upsell me to disinfect the ducts for an additional $300 based on a less-than-credible rationale. I would probably not hire them again.

They did not clean all of the vents. It was almost like they did not come at all and the technician begged me for 30$ for carrying up his equipment. I asked the technician if he cleaned all vents and he responded he had. I follow up w company and they have not done anything to address.

They were fast and did a good job.

Overall the service was good. They try to sell you additional services such as sanitizing, which I didn’t want.

Safe house came out the same day to address my concerns with built up Lint in my dryer vent. They were prompt, courteous and great service.

Mixed experience. Did the job professionally. There turned out to be a birds nest in the dryer vent, so it cost way more than expected, even though I told them upfront that there might be a nest in there. AND he tried to push repeatedly for him to take away the birds for a huge fee. We were able to get the birds to a wildlife sanctuary without a problem. Happy with the work they did. Very unhappy with the way they handle pricing.

Service was acceptable. A lot of Sales pitching for other services with pressure to commit on the spot.

Duct cleaning is very difficult to review. How do we know it was done well? We cannot see much of it. While the ducts were being cleaned, the technician recommended another service/product for a deep cleaning based upon how dirty the ducts were. Since I do not go around comparing ducts, I do not know what dirty should look like. But this is a newly renovated house and there could be debris from construction in there but they also could have been fine and I would have no way of knowing. Out of an abundance of caution (allergy sufferers live here), I went with the deep cleaning, but since the cost was 3 times higher than the original quote to do the regular cleaning, not discussed prior to arriving, and very well could have been a way to get more money out of me and I have no way to verify the need or the service provided, I am docking some points. On-the-spot offers/sales do not sit well with me after the fact.

Very happy with the results. I had a HUGE amount of lint in the 20+ ft vent, We are pretty vigilant about keeping up with home maintenance, but getting the vent cleaned out just wasn't on our to do list. It should have been. It easily could have caused a house fire. Ben did a great job cleaning and removing all the accumulated lint.from the vent and from behind the dryer where the lint had overflowed from the clogged vent. They were on time, worked quickly, professionally and respectfully. I would definitely recommend them and will have them back again.

Immediately contacted once I submitted job request. Called Saturday were able to get a tech out Monday night. Scheduled for 4-7 pm, tech arrived at 5:30. Spent about 45 minutes to an hour. Initial quote was around 199 for vent cleaning, but roof end of vent was filthy, hadn’t been cleaned in years by previous owners. End price was around 500. Overall I was pleased with the service, friendly and thorough tech Lucas!
