Excellent, professional service! Tom thoroughly walked me through his recommendations, and gave me alternatives. The house's ductwork had never before been cleaned, so was messy. However, The the work was done quickly and to a high standard. He was not pushy and was quite patient. Once done, the air in our new home smelled fresh and clean! I highly recommend Safe House for duct cleaning.

They are good.

The $189.00 was just vacuuming the outside supply vents (10 vents: he did not open any vent to do the duct) and cleaning the return vent and duct in the hallway (4ft horizontal + 8ft vertical). I did expect him to open the vent from the phone quote. Too expensive for the amount of work. Even the vacuum he used was a regular big carpet cleaner.

It was a great pleasure using this company. The tech professionalism with me and doing his job was superb. He was detailed and informed me with each step and recommendations. Note: I forgot 1 important vent in my basement and called the company about. It was not their fault but with such superb customer service the same came out and did the final vent without any additional charge. He also again advised me and... It was fantastic and have already recommended to a family member.

Lots of hidden costs that added up. Way over the $169 I was quoted on the phone. I wish they offered some sort of warranty or discount for annual servicing. Overall, pleased with the service.

Scheduling was easy, price was good, and the tech was courteous and efficient. I would recommend the provider, but I do have a few minor complaints that I think are worth sharing. I was given a brief description of the service but encouraged to be present in order to get a detailed in-person description of the service. In reality they wanted me there to up-sell a furnace cleaning on the spot. The tech did show me dust in the system, but I had no idea if I could trust the value of such a service and how must dust was normal in such systems. I also was a renter about to move out and was not in a position to approve such a service. In retrospect, things would have been simpler if I'd scheduled the service after our move-out. The tech also did something at the attic access that resulted in some insulation falling down (into the walk-in closet) but didn't mention it before leaving.

This vendor contacted me, discussed the services they provide, then made me an appointment for the next day. Excellent customer service!

Cost escalated from under $300 to over $700 on day of installation. Bait and switch as I thought I was getting good deal but turns out only half of job was being covered by special. Other estimates were closer to $400. My mistake but let the same happen to you.

Use SaveHouse for a cleaning of air vents. I was first charge 250.00. After a review of my air vents I was I was advise to have complete cleaning which will have cost of 1000.00. I was only ask to pay 500.00. I basically want them to honest with their consumer when it comes to price and complete job that will covered.

They were prompt and professional.

The technician did not clean the hvac air duct system correctly. The tenant was not there. After 30 to 45 minutes the technician was supposedly done cleaning it because I asked technician to notify when he was done. The tenant complained the air ducts were not cleaned. I hired a different vendor certified by NADCA, the National Air Duct Cleaning Association. The second vendor uses a team of two technicians. It took them 1.5 hours to clean the air duct system correctly. I do not know what the first vendor, Safehouse did. The NADCA certified second vendor sent me before and some after photos. I recommend you use vendors certified by NADCA. They charge more but they clean the air duct system correctly per national association standards and those vendors have to go through periodic training and recertification. The customer service agent was nice to interact with when I initially got information and scheduled the appointment so that is why she gets four stars. But the actual air duct cleaning was not done correctly so that is why Safehouse gets one star.
