Good experience. Very helpful in cleaning more thoroughly then the prior service. I will definitely use it again.

Price changed when they arrive. They had a number of add one that they tried to sell me. Never followed up with before and after pictures. After the job was done I inspected the returns and there was still significant dirt. Didnt really clean the vents the cleaned the vent covers. Not worth the $600 I spent but the rep was a nice guy!

I don't think my vents have been cleaned in decades. They cleaned them so well I can hear my cold air return working. Prior to the cleaning I never heard the returns in the 2 years I've lived in this house

Primarily chose this company for the value as listed on their website. The technician was very courteous and seemed knowledgeable, but after inspecting my dryer vent and hose, told me that I needed a deep cleaning due to the fact that it seemed not to have been cleaned in a long time. The initial $99 cleaning, ended up costing almost $300, which was significantly more than I intended to spend. That being said, I am glad to know that my dryer can be safely used now without compromising safety.

They arrived on time, inspected the AC and Dryer vents. They also inspected the HVAC/Furnace and made sure it was cleaned as well. They also helped in replacing the filter and deep cleaning and sanitizing the vents.

Voted for the value. The project is scheduled for Tuesday August 10.

I paid more than what was originally quoted however, the additional expense included the cleaning solution and installation of a UV lamp. My service rep was very kind and patient in answering my questions.

The job ended up being a lot bigger and more expensive than expected but that happens. In the end it was the right thing to do. The tech was very smart showed us exactly what he was doing and told us why. We're satisfied.

On time, friendly. Just did not get receipt at time of payment. It is needed as proof of dryer duct cleaning for condo association.

The customer service person was great. The technician was not. Started called me before 7:00 am and showed up before 8 am when I asked him not to. Left my laundry room a mess with dryer lint everywhere! When he left, he informed me that I could give him a tip... I said no, thank you.

Tech was on time, explained all that he was going to do and proceeded to do the work in a timely manner. Very pleased with the results and can now feel the air conditioning coming thru the vents :-).

This business is terrible. They quoted $89 for the first 10 feet of venting and $8/foot after that. When they arrived, they said the $89 cleaning might not work and that I should get the **better** cleaning for $350 that would definitely work. Of course, I could have turned them away or paid them the standard fee without knowing whether or not it would work. Scummy business model. The techs were very nice and professional, but the business model is a scam. Very deeply disappointed in the lack of transparency.

Everything great- just a couple scheduling snafus. They changed the time from Tues morning to Tues afternoon/evening, then let me know Tues afternoon they couldn't make it, and rescheduled for Weds afternoon/evening, then at 12 noon on Weds they called and said they would be at my house in 15 min. Fortunately I was on break and had the flexibility. But all the interactions with them were cordial and the work was good. And they took 10% off the price because of the scheduling.

The gentleman that came to the house that did the work left the dust and material that he got from the ducts on the floor in our house plus in our driveway and side of the house by the outside vent. I ask manager to call me and they never did. When the gentleman said we needed additional service for $795.00. The tool that he used to clean the ducts were very warn out.

Adam the Technician is highly skilled and excellent in his work. Highly recommended.
